無軸承同步磁阻電機系統(tǒng)及其關(guān)鍵技術(shù)發(fā)展綜述

【摘要】:無軸承同步磁阻電機除了具有一般無軸承電機的優(yōu)點外,還具有結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、成本低、損耗小以及易于實現(xiàn)高速運行等優(yōu)勢,在真空、高速、高精等工業(yè)領(lǐng)域具有廣闊的應(yīng)用前景。該文首先介紹了無軸承同步磁阻電機的轉(zhuǎn)矩與懸浮力產(chǎn)生原理,然后針對國內(nèi)外無軸承同步磁阻電機已開展的研究工作,從電機樣機優(yōu)化設(shè)計和控制系統(tǒng)研究兩方面進行綜述,最后根據(jù)無軸承電機高轉(zhuǎn)速、高精度和低成本的發(fā)展方向,展望了無軸承同步磁阻電機未來研究的發(fā)展趨勢。
[Abstract]:Bearingless synchronous reluctance motor not only has the advantages of general bearingless motor, but also has the advantages of simple structure, low cost, low loss and easy to realize high speed operation. High precision and other industrial fields have broad application prospects. This paper first introduces the principle of torque and levitation force generation of bearingless synchronous reluctance motor, and then summarizes the research work of bearingless synchronous reluctance motor at home and abroad from two aspects: the optimization design of motor prototype and the research of control system. Finally, according to the development direction of high speed, high precision and low cost of bearingless motor, the future research trend of bearingless synchronous reluctance motor is prospected.
