考慮機側(cè)變流器復雜熱載荷特性的壽命評估
[Abstract]:The operation of the insulated gate bipolar transistor (IGBT) module in the wind motor-side converter is one of the most weak links in the wind power system. However, that exist study is more simple to select the work point data or only to consider the steady state condition and to consider the long-term random variation of the external environment. Therefore, this paper establishes a service life evaluation model which can comprehensively take into account the influence of the thermal load of the IGBT module on the characteristics of the complex time constant. The life-consuming characteristics of different time constant thermal loads in the real wind farm and the relation between the wind speed distribution and the life consumption are analyzed. The influence of different temperature equivalent methods on the life assessment is studied, and the accuracy of the method is verified by the experiment. The results show that the lifetime consumption of the low-frequency cycle heat load in the double-fed fan is more serious, accounting for 64.42% of the total life consumption. The life consumption of the fundamental frequency period and the probability density of the wind speed have serious asymmetry, and the life of the IGBT module over 60% is mainly consumed in the high wind speed interval of the low probability density. The effect of the temperature equivalent method on the thermal load of the fundamental frequency period is negligible, and the neglect of the temperature fluctuation will result in a decrease of 12.26% of the evaluation of the life consumption of the low frequency period.
