【摘要】：針對(duì)提高永磁電機(jī)溫升計(jì)算準(zhǔn)確性的問題,提出一種計(jì)及永磁體渦流損耗分布特性的實(shí)時(shí)熱計(jì)算方法。依據(jù)溫度對(duì)電機(jī)內(nèi)各材料屬性有所影響,且永磁體渦流損耗有其特有的分布特性的事實(shí),提出并采用計(jì)及永磁體渦流損耗分布特性的實(shí)時(shí)熱計(jì)算方法,以一臺(tái)10 k W變頻驅(qū)動(dòng)永磁同步電動(dòng)機(jī)為例進(jìn)行實(shí)例計(jì)算,與普通未計(jì)及永磁體渦流損耗分布特性、沒有使用實(shí)時(shí)熱計(jì)算方法的溫升計(jì)算方法對(duì)比,經(jīng)在線溫升測(cè)量,驗(yàn)證了計(jì)及永磁體渦流損耗分布特性的實(shí)時(shí)熱計(jì)算方法能有效提高溫升計(jì)算的準(zhǔn)確性,可使計(jì)算結(jié)果與實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果之間的誤差縮小到0.5%之內(nèi)。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the accuracy of temperature rise calculation of permanent magnet motor, a real-time thermal calculation method considering the distribution characteristics of Eddy current loss of permanent magnet is proposed. According to the fact that temperature has influence on the properties of each material in the motor and that the Eddy current loss of permanent magnet has its unique distribution characteristics, a real-time thermal calculation method considering the distribution characteristics of Eddy current loss of permanent magnet is proposed and adopted. Taking a 10kW variable frequency drive permanent magnet synchronous motor as an example, the calculation is carried out. Compared with the ordinary permanent magnet vortex loss distribution characteristics, there is no comparison of the temperature rise calculation method using the real-time thermal calculation method, and the on-line temperature rise measurement is carried out. It is verified that the real-time thermal calculation method, which takes into account the Eddy current loss distribution characteristics of permanent magnets, can effectively improve the accuracy of temperature rise calculation, and reduce the error between the calculated results and the experimental results to less than 0.5%.
