鋁模板誘導玻璃的光學及潤濕性能

【摘要】:為了提高玻璃的透過率,減小其接觸角,采用鋁誘導方法,用磁控濺射儀在玻璃表面制備鋁膜,鋁膜經(jīng)不同溫度退火成為鋁顆粒,鋁顆粒與玻璃反應,脫除氧化鋁和殘余鋁后制得陷光結構.借助SEM、紫外-可見分光光度計、接觸角儀等,研究了鋁薄膜退火溫度對玻璃表面陷光結構、光學性能、潤濕性能的影響.結果表明:通過調整鋁薄膜的退火溫度,制備了不同的陷光結構,150℃退火樣品在480~680 nm波長內透過率達到94%,200℃退火樣品的表面接觸角減小為8.6°.
[Abstract]:In order to improve the transmittance of glass and reduce its contact angle, aluminum film was prepared on glass surface by magnetron splashing instrument. Aluminum film was annealed at different temperatures to form aluminum particles, and aluminum particles reacted with glass. The trapping light structure was prepared by removing alumina and residual aluminum. The effects of annealing temperature of aluminum film on the surface trapping structure, optical properties and wetting properties of glass were studied by means of SEM, UV-vis spectrophotometer and contact angle meter.
