發(fā)電機(jī)氣隙靜態(tài)偏心對(duì)電磁轉(zhuǎn)矩的影響
[Abstract]:The characteristics of electromagnetic torque before and after static eccentricity of generator air gap are theoretically analyzed, simulated and verified by dynamic model experiments. Firstly, the electromagnetic torque before and after static eccentricity of generator air gap is deduced theoretically, and the specific expressions of electromagnetic torque under two operating states are obtained. Then, the numerical calculation, modeling and simulation of the specific parameters of the laboratory MJF-30- 6 dynamic model unit are carried out by using Matlab and finite element software Ansoft, respectively. The results are compared with the experimental data, and the results are basically in agreement with the experimental data. The analysis shows that static eccentricity of air gap will cause double frequency fluctuation of electromagnetic torque and increase the average value of electromagnetic torque, but the increase of air gap eccentricity is very small because of the smaller value of air gap eccentricity. With the aggravation of static eccentricity, the fluctuation degree of the second harmonic frequency of electromagnetic torque will be intensified, and the increase of average value will be enlarged. The results can enrich the diagnosis criterion of air gap static eccentricity fault and provide convenience for monitoring and control of the fault.
