【摘要】：如何在故障發(fā)生時最大限度保護運行人員人身安全,減少設備的損害是電力系統(tǒng)保護工程師重點關注的問題。文章總結了過去10多年來在中國變電站中低壓配電領域內電弧光保護的應用和運行經(jīng)驗,并結合最新發(fā)布的電力行業(yè)標準和即將發(fā)布的國家標準,討論電弧光保護的配置、應用和關鍵點。電弧光保護技術可以作為中低壓開關母線主保護的一種新選擇,因其動作速度快、靈活性高、可靠性高及選擇性靈活的特點而被廣泛應用,并且具有很高的性價比。在中國絕大部分中低壓母線沒有主保護的情況下,尤其是針對加裝母線保護的技改項目,電弧光保護具有無可比擬的簡單方便的優(yōu)勢。
[Abstract]:How to protect the personal safety of operators and reduce the damage of equipment in the event of failure is one of the most important problems for power system protection engineers. This paper summarizes the application and operation experience of arc protection in the field of medium and low voltage distribution in substations in China in the past 10 years, and discusses the configuration of arc protection in combination with the newly released standards in the power industry and the national standards to be issued soon. Apply and key points. Arc protection technology can be used as a new choice for bus protection of medium and low voltage switches. It is widely used because of its characteristics of high speed, high flexibility, high reliability and selectivity and flexibility, and it has a high cost-performance ratio. Under the condition that most of the medium and low voltage busbar in China do not have main protection, especially for the technical reform project with busbar protection, arc protection has the advantage of incomparable simplicity and convenience.
