【摘要】：為解決中國(guó)西北地區(qū)大量棄光問(wèn)題,探討合理的網(wǎng)源規(guī)劃策略,文中引入綠色證書(shū)交易機(jī)制,基于完全信息動(dòng)態(tài)博弈理論,以光伏、儲(chǔ)能和電網(wǎng)作為博弈參與者,分析市場(chǎng)環(huán)境下三方的博弈關(guān)系,建立光儲(chǔ)網(wǎng)協(xié)調(diào)規(guī)劃模型,并結(jié)合西北電網(wǎng)調(diào)度運(yùn)行策略,通過(guò)具體算例驗(yàn)證模型實(shí)用性。結(jié)果表明,在市場(chǎng)環(huán)境下,光伏、儲(chǔ)能、電網(wǎng)三方進(jìn)行動(dòng)態(tài)博弈規(guī)劃,既有利于提高電網(wǎng)消納光伏的積極性,又有利于避免光伏無(wú)序擴(kuò)張,可為目前光伏電站規(guī)劃中的場(chǎng)網(wǎng)不協(xié)調(diào)問(wèn)題提供改進(jìn)方案。
[Abstract]:In order to solve a large number of abandoned light problems in northwest China and to explore a reasonable network source planning strategy, the green certificate trading mechanism is introduced in this paper. Based on the complete information dynamic game theory, photovoltaic, energy storage and power grid are used as game participants. Based on the analysis of the game relationship between the three parties in the market environment, the coordination programming model of optical storage network is established. Combined with the dispatching and operation strategy of northwest power grid, the practicability of the model is verified by a concrete example. The results show that, in the market environment, the dynamic game planning of photovoltaic, energy storage and power grid is not only beneficial to improve the enthusiasm of the grid to absorb photovoltaic, but also to avoid the disorderly expansion of photovoltaic. It can provide an improved scheme for the incoordination of the field network in the current photovoltaic power station planning.
