無葉片風(fēng)力發(fā)電靜電霧化系統(tǒng)參數(shù)的優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:風(fēng)能作為可再生的綠色能源,是當(dāng)今最具有商業(yè)價(jià)值的新型能源之一。目前應(yīng)用最廣泛的水平軸和垂直軸風(fēng)力發(fā)電機(jī)存在諸多問題,如:噪聲大、易出故障以及造成視覺障礙等等。本文基于液滴的靜電霧化將風(fēng)能轉(zhuǎn)換為電能,在高壓靜電場(chǎng)中利用風(fēng)能使得發(fā)生霧化的帶電液滴移動(dòng)做功來實(shí)現(xiàn)風(fēng)能和電能的轉(zhuǎn)換,這種新型發(fā)電技術(shù)具有無噪聲、效率高及維護(hù)方便等等優(yōu)勢(shì),具有很好的發(fā)展前景。本文的研究對(duì)象為無葉片靜電風(fēng)力發(fā)電技術(shù),并基于這一研究做了以下工作:第一,對(duì)整個(gè)無葉片靜電風(fēng)力發(fā)電系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了理論分析。第二,通過Simion仿真軟件仿真分析了單噴嘴電極結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)及噴嘴結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)對(duì)液滴霧化效果的影響,得出了對(duì)液滴霧化效果影響最小的最佳電極結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)。第三,通過Simion仿真軟件仿真分析了多噴嘴在平板電極內(nèi)、多噴嘴在單個(gè)柱形電極內(nèi)及多噴嘴在多個(gè)柱形電極內(nèi)的非線性效應(yīng),得出了不會(huì)發(fā)生非線性效應(yīng)的靜電霧化多噴嘴結(jié)構(gòu)。第四,通過搭建靜電霧化系統(tǒng)實(shí)驗(yàn)平臺(tái)對(duì)不同類型的液體對(duì)液滴霧化效果的影響進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證,同時(shí)通過實(shí)驗(yàn)霧化效果圖片和數(shù)據(jù)驗(yàn)證了前面章節(jié)仿真的正確性。本文研究成果將可作為基于液滴靜電霧化的風(fēng)力發(fā)電技術(shù)的參考資料,具有一定的參考價(jià)值,同時(shí)也為以后在相關(guān)技術(shù)的其它方面的進(jìn)一步研究提供了理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Wind energy, as a renewable green energy, is one of the most commercially valuable new energy sources. At present, the most widely used horizontal and vertical axis wind turbines have many problems, such as high noise, easy fault and visual obstacle, and so on. In this paper, based on the electrostatic atomization of liquid droplets, the wind energy is converted into electric energy. In the high voltage electrostatic field, the atomized charged liquid droplets are moved to do the work to realize the conversion of wind energy and electric energy. This new generation technology has no noise. High efficiency and convenient maintenance and other advantages, has a good prospects for development. The research object of this paper is the blade-free electrostatic wind power generation technology, and based on this research, the following work has been done: firstly, the whole blade-free electrostatic wind power generation system has been analyzed theoretically. Secondly, the effects of single nozzle electrode structure parameters and nozzle structure parameters on droplet atomization were analyzed by Simion simulation software, and the optimum electrode structure parameters with minimal effect on droplet atomization were obtained. Thirdly, the nonlinear effects of multi-nozzles in plate electrodes, multi-nozzles in a single cylindrical electrode and multi-nozzles in multiple cylindrical electrodes are analyzed by Simion simulation software. The multi-nozzle structure of electrostatic atomization without nonlinear effect is obtained. Fourthly, the effects of different types of liquids on droplet atomization are verified by setting up the experimental platform of electrostatic atomization system. At the same time, the correctness of the simulation in the previous chapter is verified by the images and data of the experimental atomization effect. The research results in this paper can be used as reference materials for wind power generation technology based on droplet electrostatic atomization, which has certain reference value. At the same time, it also provides a theoretical basis for further research in other aspects of related technologies in the future.
