電纜運(yùn)行老化過(guò)程對(duì)其空間電荷行為的影響

【摘要】:高壓電纜長(zhǎng)期運(yùn)行會(huì)使得絕緣層逐漸老化,在外加電場(chǎng)下內(nèi)部空間電荷的行為也會(huì)發(fā)生很大變化。為研究此變化,基于脈沖電聲(PEA)法測(cè)試了不同運(yùn)行年限電纜絕緣層的空間電荷分布,探究了電纜運(yùn)行老化對(duì)絕緣層空間電荷特性變化的影響。結(jié)果表明:在極化階段,老化試樣的電荷注入飽和所需時(shí)間更長(zhǎng),陽(yáng)極內(nèi)側(cè)和試樣內(nèi)部均會(huì)積累負(fù)極性電荷;不同試樣的電荷積累曲線差異較小,電荷注入飽和后的電荷量幾乎無(wú)差異;在去極化階段,老化試樣的正極性電荷消散變慢,負(fù)極性電荷消散變快;老化越嚴(yán)重則初始電荷量越大,與極化階段末端時(shí)刻電荷的比率也越大,電荷消散曲線反映出的陷阱能級(jí)也加深。分析可知,異極性電荷積累,去極化階段初始時(shí)刻電荷躍變及陷阱最大能級(jí)深度,都很好地反映了不同運(yùn)行年限電纜絕緣層空間電荷的差異。
[Abstract]:Long-term operation of high-voltage cable will make insulation layer aging, and the behavior of internal space charge will change greatly under applied electric field. In order to study this change, the space charge distribution of cable insulation layer was measured by pulse electro-acoustic (PEA) method, and the influence of cable aging on the change of space charge characteristic of insulation layer was investigated. The results show that in the polarization stage, the time required for the charge injection saturation of the aging sample is longer, and the negative polar charge will be accumulated both inside the anode and inside the sample. There is little difference in charge accumulation curve among different samples, and there is almost no difference in charge amount after saturation of charge injection, and in the stage of depolarization, the positive and negative charge dissipation of aging sample becomes slow and negative charge dissipates quickly. The more serious the aging, the larger the initial charge amount and the ratio of the charge at the end of the polarization stage to the time charge, and the trap level reflected by the charge dissipation curve is also deepened. The analysis shows that the heteropolar charge accumulation, charge jump at the initial time of depolarization and the maximum energy level depth of the trap well reflect the difference of space charge in cable insulation layer with different operating years.
