TSMC功率開關(guān)故障診斷優(yōu)化

【摘要】:功率開關(guān)故障診斷是實現(xiàn)矩陣變換器系統(tǒng)在功率開關(guān)故障下的容錯運行、提高系統(tǒng)可靠性的前提。針對雙級矩陣變換器(TSMC),分別分析了正常運行和功率開關(guān)故障下TSMC的運行模式,并深入分析了功率開關(guān)故障下TSMC輸出相電壓的特征。在此基礎上,結(jié)合TSMC空間矢量調(diào)制的特點,提出了根據(jù)輸出相電壓的開關(guān)組誤差電壓定位故障開關(guān)的方法。所提方法具有診斷準確、無需檢測直流側(cè)電壓、診斷速度快、實現(xiàn)簡單等優(yōu)點。實驗結(jié)果驗證了理論分析的正確性以及所提故障診斷策略的可行性。
[Abstract]:Power switch fault diagnosis is the premise to realize the fault-tolerant operation of matrix converter system under power switch fault and to improve the reliability of the system. For the two-stage matrix converter (TSMC), the operating modes of TSMC under normal operation and power switch fault are analyzed respectively, and the characteristics of TSMC output phase voltage under power switch fault are deeply analyzed. On this basis, combined with the characteristics of TSMC space vector modulation, a method is proposed to locate the fault switch according to the error voltage of the output phase voltage. The proposed method has the advantages of accurate diagnosis, no need to detect DC voltage, fast diagnosis and simple realization. The experimental results verify the correctness of the theoretical analysis and the feasibility of the proposed fault diagnosis strategy.
