輸電線路視頻在線監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)建設(shè)及探討

【摘要】:輸電線路是電網(wǎng)的主動(dòng)脈,作為電網(wǎng)的核心組成部分,輸電線路的安全可靠穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行關(guān)系到整個(gè)電力系統(tǒng)自身的運(yùn)行安全。輸電線路大多分布在野外,線路覆蓋面廣,所處的氣候條件、地理環(huán)境惡劣多變,不可避免的會(huì)受到自然環(huán)境和人為因素的雙重影響,對(duì)線路造成極大的安全隱患。這就要求供電企業(yè)加強(qiáng)對(duì)輸電線路的管理,并通過建立一種連續(xù)的或者定時(shí)視頻在線監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用于輸電線路的運(yùn)行和維護(hù),進(jìn)一步提升管理效率。輸電線路在線監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)就是應(yīng)對(duì)這種情況而實(shí)施的一種新技術(shù)手段,目前已經(jīng)廣泛應(yīng)用的視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)前端設(shè)備365天24小時(shí)不間斷運(yùn)行,采集了海量的視頻數(shù)據(jù)和監(jiān)控?cái)?shù)據(jù),需要運(yùn)行人員長(zhǎng)期在崗監(jiān)視,導(dǎo)致在線監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)的效果受限。由于系統(tǒng)硬件計(jì)算能力有限,用戶多樣性需求及系統(tǒng)的靈活擴(kuò)展尚無法充分滿足,視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)對(duì)海量視頻數(shù)據(jù)存儲(chǔ)和智能視頻分析的需求也日益突出,因此亟待引入云計(jì)算技術(shù),搭建基于云平臺(tái)的智能化輸電線路視頻在線監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng),通過虛擬化資源池實(shí)現(xiàn)大數(shù)據(jù)并行計(jì)算,同時(shí)存儲(chǔ)海量視頻數(shù)據(jù)和監(jiān)控?cái)?shù)據(jù),為供電企業(yè)輸電線路運(yùn)維提供實(shí)時(shí)視頻監(jiān)控和智能視頻分析服務(wù)。本文以分析研究輸電線路視頻在線監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)為主線,并對(duì)系統(tǒng)中涉及的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)、系統(tǒng)組件構(gòu)成、體系構(gòu)架及工程應(yīng)用實(shí)例進(jìn)行詳細(xì)分項(xiàng)闡述,本著安全可靠性、技術(shù)先進(jìn)性、信息開放性的原則分析得出了基于云平臺(tái)的智能化輸電線路視頻在線監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)建設(shè)方案,系統(tǒng)的使用為高壓輸電線路的管理工作提供了較大的幫助,在相關(guān)應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域具有一定的推廣意義,為電網(wǎng)的實(shí)時(shí)化、自動(dòng)化和智能化打下優(yōu)良基礎(chǔ)。對(duì)于保障電網(wǎng)、人身和設(shè)備安全,保證電力系統(tǒng)的安全穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:Transmission line is the aorta of the power network. As the core component of the power network, the safe, reliable and stable operation of the transmission line is related to the safety of the whole power system itself. Most of the transmission lines are distributed in the field, the lines cover a wide range of climatic conditions, geographical environment is harsh and changeable, will inevitably be affected by the natural environment and man-made factors, causing great hidden dangers to the safety of the line. This requires power supply enterprises to strengthen the management of transmission lines, and through the establishment of a continuous or regular video on-line monitoring system applied to the operation and maintenance of transmission lines, to further improve the management efficiency. Transmission line on-line monitoring system is a new technical means to deal with this situation. At present, the front-end equipment of the video surveillance system, which has been widely used, runs continuously 365 days and 24 hours, collecting huge amounts of video data and monitoring data. The on-line monitoring system needs to be monitored for a long time, and the effect of on-line monitoring system is limited. Due to the limited computing ability of the system hardware, the requirements of user diversity and the flexible expansion of the system cannot be fully met, and the demand of video surveillance system for mass video data storage and intelligent video analysis is becoming more and more prominent. Therefore, it is urgent to introduce cloud computing technology, build an intelligent transmission line video online monitoring system based on cloud platform, realize big data parallel computing through virtual resource pool, and store huge amounts of video data and monitoring data at the same time. Provide real-time video monitoring and intelligent video analysis service for transmission line operation and maintenance of power supply enterprises. The main line of this paper is to analyze and study the video on-line monitoring system of transmission lines. The key technologies involved in the system, the composition of the system components, the architecture of the system and the engineering application examples are described in detail. In the light of the safety and reliability, the advanced technology, The principle of information openness is analyzed and the construction scheme of on-line video monitoring system for intelligent transmission lines based on cloud platform is obtained. The use of the system provides a great help for the management of high-voltage transmission lines. It has a certain popularization significance in the related application field, and lays a good foundation for the real-time, automation and intelligence of the power network. It is of great practical significance to ensure the safety of power grid, person and equipment, and ensure the safe and stable operation of power system.
