直線超聲電機驅(qū)動信號分析及其微步距輸出特性研究

【摘要】:為了充分利用直線超聲電機響應(yīng)快、分辨率高的特點,并實現(xiàn)電機的微步距控制,研究了激勵信號對電機微步距輸出特性的影響。首先,通過分析電機的瞬態(tài)特性,研究了電機單步距作動過程;其次,為了實現(xiàn)電機激勵信號的精確控制,分析了雙PWM拓撲結(jié)構(gòu)超聲電機驅(qū)動器的工作原理,并通過實驗對驅(qū)動器關(guān)斷控制進行了研究;最后,分別研究了激勵信號周期數(shù)、激勵電壓峰峰值和激勵時間間隔對電機微步距特性的影響。實驗結(jié)果表明,當驅(qū)動器采用具有泄放回路的零相位關(guān)斷時,能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)激勵信號的精確控制。當以激勵電壓作為參變量,激勵時間間隔大于10ms時,電機微步距特性曲線具有較強的線性特性,有利于電機微步距控制;激勵時間間隔小于3ms時,能夠有效降低電機平均速度,實現(xiàn)低速控制。
[Abstract]:In order to make full use of the fast response and high resolution of the linear ultrasonic motor and realize the micro-step control of the motor, the influence of the excitation signal on the micro-step output characteristic of the motor is studied. Firstly, through the analysis of the transient characteristics of the motor, the single step motion process of the motor is studied. Secondly, in order to realize the precise control of motor excitation signal, the working principle of ultrasonic motor driver with double PWM topology is analyzed, and the switch-off control of the driver is studied by experiments. Finally, the effects of the number of excitation signal periods, the peak and peak excitation voltage and the excitation time interval on the micro-step characteristics of the motor are studied. The experimental results show that the excitation signal can be precisely controlled when the driver adopts zero-phase turn-off with a drain loop. When the excitation voltage is taken as the parameter and the excitation time interval is larger than that of the 10ms, the micro-step characteristic curve of the motor has a strong linear characteristic, which is beneficial to the micro-step control of the motor. When the excitation time interval is less than 3ms, the average motor speed can be effectively reduced and the low speed control can be realized.
