填料不等間距布置對冷卻塔冷卻效果的影響

【摘要】:以某電廠大型逆流式冷卻塔為研究對象,對其進行內部填料的不等間距布置,研究該布置方式對冷卻塔冷卻效果的影響。根據(jù)多種運行工況下的數(shù)值模擬實驗結果,分析了填料不等間距布置對塔內空氣流速、密度以及水溫等參數(shù)的影響。結果表明,相比于傳統(tǒng)的填料均勻布置方式,減小外圍填料間距的填料不等間距布置方式會增加該區(qū)域的空氣阻力,降低了空氣流速,但同時會增加氣-水傳熱面積,使得濕空氣密度減小,進而使冷卻塔抽力增大,冷卻塔溫降最多可以增加0.63℃。
[Abstract]:Taking a large counterflow cooling tower in a power plant as the research object, the unequal spacing arrangement of the inner packing is carried out, and the influence of this arrangement on the cooling efficiency of the cooling tower is studied. Based on the numerical simulation results under various operating conditions, the effects of packing spacing arrangement on air velocity, density and water temperature in the tower are analyzed. The results show that, compared with the traditional uniform packing arrangement, the non-uniform packing spacing arrangement with less outer packing spacing will increase the air resistance, decrease the air velocity, but increase the air-water heat transfer area. The wet air density is decreased, and the pumping force of cooling tower is increased. The temperature drop of cooling tower can increase by 0.63 鈩,
