【摘要】：傳統(tǒng)雙電機(jī)剛性齒輪傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)長(zhǎng)時(shí)間運(yùn)行后,齒輪的磨損和形變?cè)龃?導(dǎo)致兩臺(tái)電機(jī)間輸出的電磁轉(zhuǎn)矩差值隨之增大,此時(shí)單臺(tái)電機(jī)存在過載的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。針對(duì)上述問題,提出一種基于交叉耦合控制算法的轉(zhuǎn)矩均衡控制策略,通過設(shè)計(jì)轉(zhuǎn)矩同步控制器,將兩臺(tái)電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)矩控制作為一個(gè)整體來考慮,選取合適的耦合同步系數(shù),通過交叉反饋對(duì)各臺(tái)電機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)矩給定值分別進(jìn)行補(bǔ)償,最終實(shí)現(xiàn)輸出轉(zhuǎn)矩的均衡控制。仿真和實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果驗(yàn)證了所提控制策略的正確性和有效性。
[Abstract]:After the traditional double-motor rigid gear transmission system is operated for a long time, the wear and deformation of the gear are increased, and the difference of the electromagnetic torque output between the two motors is increased, and at this time, the single-stage motor has the risk of overload. Aiming at the above problems, a torque balance control strategy based on the cross-coupled control algorithm is proposed, and the torque control of the two motors is considered as a whole by the design of the torque synchronous controller, and the appropriate coupling synchronization coefficient is selected. and the torque reference value of each motor is compensated by cross feedback, and the output torque balance control is finally realized. The simulation and experimental results verify the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed control strategy.
