基于磁感應(yīng)強(qiáng)度的變電站接地網(wǎng)腐蝕診斷研究

【摘要】:發(fā)變電站接地系統(tǒng)的完好對保障站內(nèi)運(yùn)行人員的人身安全和保證電氣設(shè)備正常運(yùn)行起著舉足輕重的作用,F(xiàn)今隨著電網(wǎng)的飛速發(fā)展,電壓等級不斷增高,建造高電壓大容量的變電站接地網(wǎng)已成現(xiàn)實(shí),一旦發(fā)生接地故障,會產(chǎn)生巨大的故障電流,這就對接地網(wǎng)的性能提出了更高的要求。通過對接地網(wǎng)進(jìn)行測量獲得參數(shù),進(jìn)而對接地網(wǎng)導(dǎo)體腐蝕情況做出正確的判斷并進(jìn)行相應(yīng)的維修,這樣不僅避免了盲目開挖土壤去尋找腐蝕導(dǎo)體,大大節(jié)省了人力和物力,而且可以及時消除隱患,真正做到防患于未然,因此研究接地網(wǎng)的腐蝕診斷方法對維護(hù)電力系統(tǒng)安全運(yùn)行具有重要的意義。論文針對變電站接地網(wǎng)導(dǎo)體腐蝕問題做了詳細(xì)的分析和研究,基于電磁感應(yīng)原理,分析了接地網(wǎng)完好和導(dǎo)體腐蝕情況下的地表磁感應(yīng)強(qiáng)度分布特征,并研究了三種因素即土壤分層結(jié)構(gòu)、激勵電流頻率、激勵電流注入抽出方式對地表磁感應(yīng)強(qiáng)度分布的影響。在此基礎(chǔ)上,通過計算接地網(wǎng)導(dǎo)體上方的地表磁感應(yīng)強(qiáng)度間的腐蝕距離向量,判斷接地網(wǎng)導(dǎo)體的腐蝕位置,根據(jù)接地網(wǎng)導(dǎo)體腐蝕時地表磁感應(yīng)強(qiáng)度的分布規(guī)律提出接地網(wǎng)導(dǎo)體腐蝕程度的診斷方法。大量的實(shí)例仿真和現(xiàn)場實(shí)驗驗證了論文所提方法的可行性,使接地網(wǎng)在不開挖、不影響變電站正常運(yùn)行的條件下,對導(dǎo)體腐蝕位置及其腐蝕狀態(tài)進(jìn)行診斷。
[Abstract]:The integrity of the grounding system plays an important role in ensuring the personal safety of the operators and ensuring the normal operation of electrical equipment. With the rapid development of power network and the increasing of voltage level, it has become a reality to build a high-voltage and high-capacity substation grounding network. Once the grounding fault occurs, there will be a huge fault current. This puts forward higher requirements for the performance of the docking ground net. The parameters are obtained by measuring the ground net, and then the corrosion condition of the grounding conductor is judged correctly and the corresponding maintenance is carried out. This not only avoids blindly digging the soil to find the corrosive conductor, but also saves the manpower and material resources greatly. And it can eliminate the hidden trouble in time, so it is of great significance to study the corrosion diagnosis method of grounding grid to maintain the safe operation of power system. Based on the principle of electromagnetic induction, the distribution characteristics of ground magnetic induction intensity under the condition of good grounding grid and conductor corrosion are analyzed in this paper. The effects of three factors, namely, soil stratification, excitation current frequency and exciting current injection and pumping mode, on the distribution of magnetic induction intensity were studied. On this basis, by calculating the corrosion distance vector between the surface magnetic induction intensity above the grounding grid conductor, the corrosion position of the grounding grid conductor is determined. According to the distribution law of magnetic induction intensity of earth surface during the corrosion of grounding grid conductor, a diagnosis method of corrosion degree of grounding grid conductor is presented. A large number of examples and field experiments have verified the feasibility of the method proposed in this paper, which makes the grounding grid diagnose the corrosion position and corrosion state of the conductor without excavation and without affecting the normal operation of the substation.
