薄膜電容器數(shù)字化生產(chǎn)及信息管理系統(tǒng)設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:在信息化時代,電子元件的作用舉足輕重。其中,薄膜電容器憑著良好的高頻特性以及耐壓值高、節(jié)能環(huán)保的優(yōu)點在智能照明、新能源汽車等新型產(chǎn)業(yè)中應(yīng)用廣泛。隨著這些產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展,薄膜電容的市場需求量越來越大。我國是薄膜電容器生產(chǎn)大國,然而只能占領(lǐng)中低端市場,與國際上的領(lǐng)先水平尚有一定差距。這一差距不僅是因為制造工藝水平較低,更是因為車間信息化技術(shù)的落后造成的。21世紀(jì)以來,“工業(yè)4.0”、“工業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)”等物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)概念陸續(xù)推出,然而我國很多薄膜電容器生產(chǎn)企業(yè)依然采用手寫任務(wù)、人工統(tǒng)計的管理方式,不僅容易產(chǎn)生紕漏,而且管理成本高,生產(chǎn)效率低。本文所研究的薄膜電容器數(shù)字化生產(chǎn)及信息管理系統(tǒng)是一個基于物聯(lián)網(wǎng)與信息技術(shù),融合了工業(yè)化和信息化的生產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)。系統(tǒng)由數(shù)據(jù)采集終端、數(shù)據(jù)中繼器、服務(wù)器、數(shù)據(jù)庫和監(jiān)控管理客戶端以及云服務(wù)器組成,實現(xiàn)了對薄膜電容器生產(chǎn)兩個主要工序的生產(chǎn)信息采集。系統(tǒng)的硬件部分主要由數(shù)據(jù)采集終端和數(shù)據(jù)中繼器構(gòu)成。這兩者均以STM32F103單片機作為核心處理器,并且采用了μC/OS-Ⅱ嵌入式操作系統(tǒng)作為軟件開發(fā)平臺。采集終端帶有LCD觸摸屏,負(fù)責(zé)生產(chǎn)數(shù)據(jù)采集和人機交互;中繼器則主要負(fù)責(zé)輪尋終端工作狀態(tài)并通過WiFi向數(shù)據(jù)服務(wù)器傳輸數(shù)據(jù)。數(shù)據(jù)采集終端和數(shù)據(jù)中繼器之間通過CAN總線通信。系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用層軟件部分由服務(wù)器、管理客戶端和數(shù)據(jù)庫組成。系統(tǒng)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)層采用Socket進行通信。服務(wù)器與客戶端都是基于.NET Framework 4.0的架構(gòu)開發(fā)的。數(shù)據(jù)庫由SQL Server搭建而成。監(jiān)控管理客戶端實現(xiàn)了大屏幕滾動監(jiān)控、生產(chǎn)任務(wù)下發(fā)、報表打印等功能。經(jīng)過實驗室和車間現(xiàn)場的調(diào)試,完成了對系統(tǒng)完整功能的測試。測試結(jié)果表明:本系統(tǒng)全部實現(xiàn)了預(yù)期的功能。系統(tǒng)可以通過監(jiān)控管理客戶端實現(xiàn)對薄膜電容器生產(chǎn)車間的實時數(shù)據(jù)進行采集并監(jiān)控,同時也可以將生產(chǎn)指令信息發(fā)送至每臺生產(chǎn)設(shè)備所連接的數(shù)據(jù)采集終端上。除此以外,本文對數(shù)據(jù)的通信能力在實際工作環(huán)境下進行了測試,驗證了數(shù)據(jù)服務(wù)器的實時數(shù)據(jù)處理能力。本文設(shè)計的薄膜電容器數(shù)字化及信息管理系統(tǒng)對中小型電子生產(chǎn)企業(yè)的信息化管理升級具有良好的借鑒作用。
