高風(fēng)電滲透率下的自適應(yīng)低頻減載策略研究
[Abstract]:In view of the new situation of the rapid development of wind power and the profound changes in power supply structure, the influence of high wind power permeability on the implementation effect of low frequency load reduction is discussed in detail. Considering the main factors, an adaptive load reduction strategy is proposed to apply to the power system with high wind power penetration. The dynamic calculation of unbalanced power is carried out to solve the problem of the fluctuation of wind power output and the difficulty of calculating the equivalent inertial time constant. In order to improve the effect of frequency recovery after load reduction, the load reduction location and volume model is constructed by considering the load characteristics, and the load reduction probability is effectively reduced by using the locking criterion of the load reduction cycle. The proposed strategy is applied to the IEEE-39 node system with high wind power permeability. The simulation results show that the proposed strategy can obtain the step characteristics of the frequency change rate in time under multiple fault scenarios. The parameters of load reduction are corrected and updated, or the load reduction cycles are locked reasonably, so that the frequency stability of the system is effectively guaranteed, and the system is effective and robust.
