地理氣象相關(guān)的輸電線路風(fēng)險(xiǎn)差異評(píng)價(jià)方法及指標(biāo)

【摘要】:運(yùn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)表明,不同區(qū)域不同氣象環(huán)境下輸電線路故障事件頻率、發(fā)生時(shí)間等具有較大差異。而現(xiàn)有輸電設(shè)備可靠性評(píng)價(jià)聚焦于同類型設(shè)備的整體可靠性性能,忽視了同類型設(shè)備的區(qū)域性差異、影響因素差異以及短時(shí)性故障聚集效應(yīng)等特征。為了更準(zhǔn)確地反映輸電線路受氣象環(huán)境影響的不同風(fēng)險(xiǎn)水平,有必要研究輸電線路風(fēng)險(xiǎn)差異的分析及評(píng)價(jià)方法。該文首先分析了輸電線路故障風(fēng)險(xiǎn)差異特征及其原因。然后從區(qū)域電網(wǎng)失效事件的氣象敏感度、區(qū)域線路故障頻率差異、區(qū)域線路故障失效時(shí)間差異、線路故障高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)區(qū)段等因素出發(fā)提出了反映輸電線路風(fēng)險(xiǎn)差異的評(píng)價(jià)方法及指標(biāo)。可深度揭示關(guān)注區(qū)域內(nèi)線路失效的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)差異特征,充分反映氣象災(zāi)害的影響規(guī)律及線路的防災(zāi)抗災(zāi)能力,可為線路規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)、調(diào)度運(yùn)行、狀態(tài)檢修等提供精細(xì)化的信息,有助于管控電網(wǎng)運(yùn)行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、提高電力系統(tǒng)可靠性水平。以某省電網(wǎng)的故障樣本進(jìn)行的實(shí)例分析,驗(yàn)證了所提風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)方法和指標(biāo)的適用性和優(yōu)勢。
[Abstract]:The operation statistics show that there are great differences in the frequency and time of transmission line failure in different regions and different meteorological environments. The reliability evaluation of the existing transmission equipment focuses on the overall reliability performance of the same type of equipment, neglecting the regional differences of the same type of equipment, the difference of influencing factors and the effect of short-term fault aggregation. In order to more accurately reflect the different risk levels of transmission lines affected by meteorological environment, it is necessary to study the analysis and evaluation methods of transmission line risk differences. This paper first analyzes the characteristics of transmission line fault risk difference and its causes. Then, from the meteorological sensitivity of regional power grid failure events, the difference of regional line fault frequency, the difference of regional line fault failure time, The evaluation method and index reflecting the difference of transmission line risk are put forward based on the factors such as high risk section of transmission line fault. It can deeply reveal the risk difference characteristics of the line failure in the area concerned, fully reflect the influence law of meteorological disaster and the disaster prevention and resistance ability of the line, and can provide fine information for the line planning and design, dispatching operation, condition maintenance, etc. It is helpful to control the operation risk of power system and improve the reliability level of power system. The applicability and advantages of the proposed risk assessment methods and indicators are verified by the analysis of the fault samples of a provincial power network.
