一種智能溫控開關(guān)的研制

【摘要】:介紹一種溫控開關(guān),采用STC89C52單片機(jī)作為控制器,對(duì)室內(nèi)溫度進(jìn)行控制。溫控開關(guān)包括溫度采樣模塊、單片機(jī)芯片控制模塊、按鍵顯示模塊及電源模塊的硬件電路和軟件實(shí)現(xiàn)方法,具有溫度設(shè)定功能、室溫校準(zhǔn)功能、溫度調(diào)節(jié)功能、睡眠功能及回差功能。引入了多點(diǎn)溫度采集方法校準(zhǔn),解決了現(xiàn)有同類產(chǎn)品溫度采集不準(zhǔn)確的問題。并將產(chǎn)品應(yīng)用于家用電暖器的控制,試驗(yàn)結(jié)果穩(wěn)定,可以實(shí)現(xiàn)溫度的精確控制,裝置的精度和穩(wěn)定度都達(dá)到要求。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces a kind of temperature control switch, which uses STC89C52 single chip microcomputer as controller to control indoor temperature. The temperature control switch includes temperature sampling module, MCU chip control module, key display module and power supply module hardware circuit and software realization method. It has temperature setting function, room temperature calibration function, temperature regulation function. Sleep function and return difference function. The calibration method of multi-point temperature acquisition is introduced to solve the problem of inaccurate temperature collection of similar products. The application of the product to the control of household electric heater shows that the test results are stable and the precise control of temperature can be realized. The precision and stability of the device meet the requirements.
