基于特高頻法檢測電氣設備局部放電的改進Vivaldi天線

【摘要】:為提高檢測變電站電氣設備局部放電產(chǎn)生的特高頻(UHF)信號的有效性,基于超寬帶漸變槽線天線理論,在傳統(tǒng)Vivaldi天線的側(cè)邊增加漸變槽線和諧振腔后,通過仿真及實測發(fā)現(xiàn),改進后的天線工作頻段由1.2~3GHz擴展至0.5~3GHz。同時提高了天線的指向性,而保持工作頻段上天線相位中心不變。改進后的天線在工作頻段上具有更高的增益和靈敏度,在2GHz時增益達到7.9d Bi,平均靈敏度大于12mm。為驗證所設計天線效果,在實驗室搭建了基于預制缺陷變壓器的試驗平臺,結(jié)果表明所設計的天線可以有效檢測到局部放電的UHF信號。與傳統(tǒng)Vivaldi天線、加脊TEM喇叭天線和螺旋天線相比,改進Vivaldi天線檢測靈敏度較高,脈沖時域響應特性更好,利于進一步的信號分析。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the efficiency of detecting UHF (UHF) signals generated by partial discharge of substation electrical equipment, based on the theory of ultra-wideband tapered slot line antenna, after adding gradient slot line and resonant cavity to the side of traditional Vivaldi antenna, it is found by simulation and actual measurement. The improved antenna frequency band is extended from 1.2~3GHz to 0.5g / 3GHz. At the same time, the directivity of the antenna is improved, while the phase center of the antenna is kept unchanged in the working frequency band. The improved antenna has a higher gain and sensitivity in the operating frequency band, and the average sensitivity of the improved antenna is greater than 12mm when the gain reaches 7.9 d Bi, at 2GHz. In order to verify the effect of the designed antenna, a test platform based on prefabricated defective transformer is built in the laboratory. The results show that the designed antenna can effectively detect partial discharge (UHF) signals. Compared with the traditional Vivaldi antenna, the ridged TEM horn antenna and the spiral antenna, the improved Vivaldi antenna has higher detection sensitivity and better time-domain response characteristics, which is conducive to further signal analysis.
