特高頻傳感器等效高度的頻域參考測量方法

【摘要】:在特高頻傳感器等效高度時域測量方法中,頻率分辨率和測量誤差是一對不可調和的矛盾,若采樣時間短則頻率分辨率低,若采樣時間長則測量誤差大。為解決這個問題,提出了頻域參考測量方法。在此方法中,以某一頻率的正弦電壓波形作為GTEM小室的輸入信號,然后測量參考傳感器和待測傳感器在該頻率下的響應,最后利用響應特性和參考傳感器等效高度計算出待測傳感器的等效高度。建立了頻域參考測量系統(tǒng),包括:網絡分析儀、GTEM小室、參考天線等。利用該系統(tǒng)對長度為50 mm的單極子探針天線的等效高度進行了測量,并將測量結果與時域方法的測量結果進行了對比。測試結果表明,利用頻域參考測量方法測得的等效高度頻率分辨率高、測量誤差和分散性小。提出的頻域參考測量方法將有利于推進特高頻傳感器標準化工作,提高GIS局部放電檢測效率。
[Abstract]:In UHF sensor equivalent height time domain measurement method, the frequency resolution and measurement error are a pair of irreconcilable contradictions. If the sampling time is short, the frequency resolution is low, and if the sampling time is long, the measurement error is large. To solve this problem, a frequency domain reference measurement method is proposed. In this method, the sinusoidal voltage waveform of a certain frequency is used as the input signal of the GTEM cell, and then the response of the reference sensor and the sensor to be tested at that frequency is measured. Finally, the equivalent height of the sensor to be tested is calculated by using the response characteristics and the reference sensor equivalent height. A frequency domain reference measurement system is established, including network analyzer, GTEM cell, reference antenna and so on. The equivalent height of the monopole probe antenna with length of 50 mm is measured by this system, and the measured results are compared with those of the time domain method. The test results show that the frequency resolution of the equivalent height measured by the frequency domain reference measurement method is high, and the measurement error and dispersion are small. The proposed frequency domain reference measurement method will be helpful to promote the standardization of UHF sensors and improve the efficiency of GIS partial discharge detection.
