特高頻傳感器等效高度的頻域參考測(cè)量方法

【摘要】:在特高頻傳感器等效高度時(shí)域測(cè)量方法中,頻率分辨率和測(cè)量誤差是一對(duì)不可調(diào)和的矛盾,若采樣時(shí)間短則頻率分辨率低,若采樣時(shí)間長(zhǎng)則測(cè)量誤差大。為解決這個(gè)問(wèn)題,提出了頻域參考測(cè)量方法。在此方法中,以某一頻率的正弦電壓波形作為GTEM小室的輸入信號(hào),然后測(cè)量參考傳感器和待測(cè)傳感器在該頻率下的響應(yīng),最后利用響應(yīng)特性和參考傳感器等效高度計(jì)算出待測(cè)傳感器的等效高度。建立了頻域參考測(cè)量系統(tǒng),包括:網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析儀、GTEM小室、參考天線等。利用該系統(tǒng)對(duì)長(zhǎng)度為50 mm的單極子探針天線的等效高度進(jìn)行了測(cè)量,并將測(cè)量結(jié)果與時(shí)域方法的測(cè)量結(jié)果進(jìn)行了對(duì)比。測(cè)試結(jié)果表明,利用頻域參考測(cè)量方法測(cè)得的等效高度頻率分辨率高、測(cè)量誤差和分散性小。提出的頻域參考測(cè)量方法將有利于推進(jìn)特高頻傳感器標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化工作,提高GIS局部放電檢測(cè)效率。
[Abstract]:In UHF sensor equivalent height time domain measurement method, the frequency resolution and measurement error are a pair of irreconcilable contradictions. If the sampling time is short, the frequency resolution is low, and if the sampling time is long, the measurement error is large. To solve this problem, a frequency domain reference measurement method is proposed. In this method, the sinusoidal voltage waveform of a certain frequency is used as the input signal of the GTEM cell, and then the response of the reference sensor and the sensor to be tested at that frequency is measured. Finally, the equivalent height of the sensor to be tested is calculated by using the response characteristics and the reference sensor equivalent height. A frequency domain reference measurement system is established, including network analyzer, GTEM cell, reference antenna and so on. The equivalent height of the monopole probe antenna with length of 50 mm is measured by this system, and the measured results are compared with those of the time domain method. The test results show that the frequency resolution of the equivalent height measured by the frequency domain reference measurement method is high, and the measurement error and dispersion are small. The proposed frequency domain reference measurement method will be helpful to promote the standardization of UHF sensors and improve the efficiency of GIS partial discharge detection.
