高溫套管式熔融鹽相變蓄熱器蓄熱性能實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:為揭示高溫熔融鹽相變蓄熱器的蓄放熱特性,并進(jìn)一步提高其蓄熱性能,搭建了高溫梯級(jí)熔融鹽相變蓄熱實(shí)驗(yàn)臺(tái)(最高蓄熱溫度可達(dá)800℃),對(duì)高溫套管式熔融鹽相變蓄熱器開(kāi)展了蓄/放熱性能實(shí)驗(yàn)研究。首先選擇蓄熱性能優(yōu)良的二元碳酸鹽作為高溫相變蓄熱材料,測(cè)試了其熱物性;其次實(shí)驗(yàn)研究了高溫套管式熔融鹽相變蓄熱器的總蓄/放熱時(shí)間、平均蓄/放熱速率以及蓄熱效率等蓄/放熱性能。結(jié)果顯示:相變蓄熱材料的熔化過(guò)程存在著非均勻性;在放熱過(guò)程中,位于不同位置的相變蓄熱材料存在著不同程度的過(guò)冷現(xiàn)象。最后,實(shí)驗(yàn)研究了在熔融鹽側(cè)添加環(huán)形肋片對(duì)高溫熔融鹽相變蓄熱器的蓄/放熱性能的強(qiáng)化效果,以及空氣溫度、質(zhì)量流量等運(yùn)行參數(shù)分別對(duì)光管和肋片管相變蓄熱器總蓄/放熱量、平均蓄/放熱速率以及蓄熱效率的影響。結(jié)果顯示,在添加肋片后,相變蓄熱材料溫度分布更加均勻,蓄熱過(guò)程結(jié)束時(shí)相變蓄熱材料的最大溫差由51.1℃下降到43.2℃,下降了15.4%,高溫相變蓄熱器的平均蓄熱速率與平均放熱速率分別增加了6.8%和9.1%。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果可為后續(xù)高溫梯級(jí)熔融鹽相變蓄熱器的性能研究以及實(shí)際應(yīng)用提供參考。
