基于示溫涂料的輸電線路金具發(fā)熱故障診斷

【摘要】:發(fā)熱故障監(jiān)測對輸電線路安全穩(wěn)定運行具有重要作用,目前紅外測溫和圖像在線監(jiān)測等方式無法及時發(fā)現線路細小部位的發(fā)熱隱患,示溫涂料作為一種簡單的監(jiān)測方法對快速發(fā)現發(fā)熱故障具有明顯指示作用。為此通過銅排模擬試驗探索了220kV線路在正常發(fā)熱工況下涂料的顏色變化情況,獲得了該工況下溫度隨時間的變化曲線,確定了涂料的變色溫度為150℃,使用紅外測溫儀測量了220kV輸電線路在正常和短路條件下典型發(fā)熱部位溫度,確定了該電壓等級線路用示溫涂料的變色溫度閾值范圍為90~170℃,因此150℃的示溫涂料滿足應用要求。
[Abstract]:The monitoring of heating faults plays an important role in the safe and stable operation of transmission lines. At present, infrared temperature measurement and image on-line monitoring can not find the hidden trouble of heating in the small parts of the transmission lines in time. As a simple monitoring method, the temperature indicating coating has the obvious indication function to find the heating fault quickly. In this paper, the color change of coating on 220kV line under normal heating condition is explored through copper row simulation test, and the changing curve of temperature with time under this condition is obtained, and the color-changing temperature of coating is determined to be 150 鈩,
