電力變壓器用天然酯絕緣油中特征氣體溶解特性

【摘要】:為了探索適用于天然酯絕緣油的油中溶解氣體分析方法(DGA),需要研究特征氣體在天然酯絕緣油中的溶解特性。以FR3~?絕緣油、精煉大豆絕緣油和甲酯化菜籽絕緣油等天然酯絕緣油為研究對(duì)象,以25號(hào)礦物絕緣油為參照,測(cè)定了溫度為30~70℃時(shí)H_2、CO、CO_2、CH_4、C_2H_4、C_2H_6、C_2H_2等7種故障診斷特征氣體在4種絕緣油中的Ostwald平衡常數(shù)(K)。通過對(duì)K和溫度(θ)的擬合,得到7種特征氣體在4種絕緣油中的28組K-θ模型方程,該方程可以推算其他溫度下任意特征氣體在絕緣油中的K。通過各特征氣體在同一種絕緣油中K-θ變化曲線對(duì)比發(fā)現(xiàn):4種絕緣油中烴類氣體的溶解度大小順序?yàn)?K(C_2H_6)K(C_2H_4)≈K(C_2H_2)K(CH_4);非烴類氣體溶解度大小順序?yàn)?K(CO_2)K(CO)K(H_2)。
