智能變電站安全運檢技術(shù)研究及應(yīng)用
[Abstract]:With the development of intelligent substation communication platform network, secondary equipments rely heavily on network. The development direction of intelligent substation network will bring new challenges to the network security in the future, and put forward new requirements for intelligent substation security operation and inspection. The configuration description of intelligent substation (substation configuration description,SCD) is the key configuration file of the virtual loop system of the whole station. The correctness of relay protection function is directly affected by its correctness or not. The large-scale mature application of intelligent substation and the extension of operation and maintenance in the later period bring new challenges to the risk management of SCD files. This paper analyzes the existing SCD file management methods and their risk status. This paper puts forward the SCD document management and control strategy system of regional intelligent substation. On this basis, it completes the construction of regional intelligent substation configuration file management platform, which makes different participants design and debug. SCD files can be managed effectively through maintenance, reconstruction and extension to ensure the uniqueness and validity of SCD files. It is necessary to pay attention to the security operation and inspection technology of intelligent substation and study the security strategy suitable for the internal network of intelligent substation. In this paper, the characteristics of various network packets are described in detail on the basis of the way and structure of intelligent substation network, and their traffic size is calculated quantitatively. The present situation of network security in intelligent substation is analyzed from three sources that threaten the network security of intelligent substation. By adding the real-time monitoring function of the network switch and putting forward the multi-department coordination management responsibility of the intra-station switch, the security strategy suitable for the intelligent substation network is put forward from the aspects of technology and management. Finally, the future development direction of smart grid substation network security is prospected. The purpose of this paper is: the future smart grid has the function of quick self-healing, not only in the physical structure of the grid, but also in the secondary information network system. Through the establishment of the SCD file control platform of the regional intelligent substation, a comprehensive network security risk assessment model is built to control the network operation characteristics for the next intelligent substation network information security development. On the basis of this model, the design method, network security index and evaluation tools are established to resist the external invasion and restrain the internal network risk. It provides important technical and management conditions for large scale mature application of intelligent substation and later operation and maintenance reconstruction and extension.
