計及動態(tài)熱定值的配電網可靠性分析

【摘要】:架空線路傳輸容量限制是影響配電網可靠性的重要因素,動態(tài)熱定值可有效挖掘現(xiàn)有配電線路的熱載流能力,提高配電網運行的可靠性。為此,該文基于CIGRE標準計算架空線路實時氣象條件下的最大允許熱載流量,采用序貫蒙特卡羅方法抽取系統(tǒng)狀態(tài),建立考慮線路動態(tài)熱載流限制的狀態(tài)分析模型,通過比較基于靜態(tài)熱定值和動態(tài)熱定值的系統(tǒng)可靠性指標,量化動態(tài)熱定值產生的可靠性收益,并在此基礎上分析了動態(tài)熱定值時間尺度(按小時、按周、按月和按季度)的不同對其產生經濟效益的影響。通過算例驗證了模型的合理性,其結果表明動態(tài)熱定值可顯著提高配電網的可靠性收益。
[Abstract]:The limitation of overhead transmission capacity is an important factor affecting the reliability of distribution network. Dynamic caloric setting can effectively excavate the hot current capacity of existing distribution lines and improve the reliability of distribution network operation. In this paper, based on the CIGRE standard, the maximum allowable hot load flow is calculated under the real time meteorological condition of overhead lines, and the sequential Monte Carlo method is used to extract the system state, and a state analysis model considering the limitation of the line dynamic hot load current is established. By comparing the system reliability indexes based on static caloric value and dynamic calorimetric value, the reliability income of dynamic calorific value is quantified, and the time scale of dynamic calorific value (hour by hour, week by week) is analyzed. The impact of monthly and quarterly variations on its economic benefits. The rationality of the model is verified by an example. The results show that the dynamic caloric value can significantly improve the reliability income of distribution network.
