永磁同步推進(jìn)電機(jī)電磁振動(dòng)分析

【摘要】:依據(jù)Maxwell應(yīng)力方程推導(dǎo)了永磁同步電機(jī)徑向電磁力的解析表達(dá)式,分析歸納了電機(jī)內(nèi)各階次、各頻率徑向電磁力的來源。以一臺45槽10極永磁同步推進(jìn)電機(jī)為例,分別建立了電機(jī)電磁有限元模型和結(jié)構(gòu)有限元模型,并進(jìn)行了模態(tài)分析;將電磁有限元模型中得到的徑向電磁力耦合到結(jié)構(gòu)有限元模型中,對電機(jī)進(jìn)行了電磁振動(dòng)諧響應(yīng)分析;最后將樣機(jī)實(shí)測加速度頻譜與有限元仿真結(jié)果進(jìn)行對比,驗(yàn)證了徑向電磁力解析式及電磁振動(dòng)有限元仿真結(jié)果的正確性。
[Abstract]:According to the Maxwell stress equation, the analytical expression of radial electromagnetic force of permanent magnet synchronous motor is derived, and the internal order of the motor and the source of radial electromagnetic force of each frequency are analyzed and summarized. Taking a 45-slot 10-pole permanent magnet synchronous propulsion motor as an example, the electromagnetic finite element model and the structural finite element model of the motor are established, and the modal analysis is carried out. The radial electromagnetic force obtained from the electromagnetic finite element model is coupled to the structural finite element model, and the harmonic response of the electromagnetic vibration of the motor is analyzed. Finally, by comparing the measured acceleration spectrum of the prototype with the finite element simulation results, the correctness of the radial electromagnetic force analytical formula and the finite element simulation results of the electromagnetic vibration are verified.
