電站鍋爐配煤摻燒試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:隨著我國(guó)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,我國(guó)也成為了國(guó)際上煤炭能源消耗量較大的國(guó)家之一,煤炭能源的大肆消耗,不僅會(huì)對(duì)我國(guó)環(huán)境造成嚴(yán)重的破壞,大氣受到嚴(yán)重的污染,對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展造成成本浪費(fèi),帶來(lái)更多的經(jīng)濟(jì)損失。作為我國(guó)電力工業(yè)的重要組成部分,電站的生產(chǎn)投入主要以動(dòng)力煤為其重要的使用能源,隨著生產(chǎn)量的加大,動(dòng)力煤消耗量的增多,我國(guó)煤價(jià)的日趨提升,對(duì)電站的生產(chǎn)發(fā)展有著很大的影響,大大的增加了電站的經(jīng)濟(jì)成本。在當(dāng)前我國(guó)大力倡導(dǎo)節(jié)能減排的背景下,電站降低動(dòng)力煤的能耗量成為了當(dāng)前社會(huì)發(fā)展的熱點(diǎn)話題。為了更好的解決發(fā)電成本的問(wèn)題,提高電站的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,配煤摻燒技術(shù)廣泛應(yīng)用,在降低煤價(jià)、提高效益方面起到很大的促進(jìn)作用。本文對(duì)此進(jìn)行深入的研究,主要以某電站鍋爐特定機(jī)組為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)配煤摻燒技術(shù)進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)研究,從而確定了適合某電站鍋爐機(jī)組需求的配煤摻燒方案,進(jìn)一步確保機(jī)組的生產(chǎn)安全,降低企業(yè)生產(chǎn)經(jīng)濟(jì)成本。對(duì)此,本文首先分析配煤摻燒技術(shù)在國(guó)內(nèi)外的研究現(xiàn)狀,指出我國(guó)電站對(duì)配煤摻燒技術(shù)研究的迫切性;其次,從配煤摻燒的概念、原則及應(yīng)用等方面進(jìn)行闡述,深入分析配煤摻燒技術(shù)的核心;然后,以實(shí)際機(jī)組為例,提出鍋爐配煤摻燒的方案及試驗(yàn)方法確定采用“分磨制粉,直吹爐內(nèi)摻燒”方式,硫份為0.4%的塔山煤和0.3%的褐煤進(jìn)行摻配,摻配比例為3:1,可實(shí)現(xiàn)5000大卡的熱量,并通過(guò)制粉系統(tǒng)的調(diào)整,增加機(jī)組效率;最后,通過(guò)試驗(yàn)結(jié)果論證,該電站鍋爐機(jī)組配煤摻燒的方案具有一定的可行性。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of our national economy, our country has also become one of the countries with relatively large consumption of coal energy in the world. The wanton consumption of coal energy will not only cause serious damage to the environment of our country, but also cause serious pollution to the atmosphere. To the economic development causes the cost waste, brings more economic losses. As an important part of the electric power industry in our country, the production input of the power plant mainly takes the thermal coal as its important use energy. With the increase of the production and the consumption of the thermal coal, the coal price of our country is rising day by day. It has a great influence on the production and development of the power station, and greatly increases the economic cost of the power station. Under the background of energy saving and emission reduction, reducing the energy consumption of thermal coal in power plant has become a hot topic in the current social development. In order to solve the problem of power generation cost, improve the economic benefit of power station, and widely use coal blending technology, it plays a great role in reducing the coal price and improving the efficiency. This paper makes a deep research on this, mainly takes a specific unit of a power station boiler as the research object, carries on the test research to the blending coal mixing burning technology, thus has determined the blending coal mixing burning plan which is suitable for a power station boiler unit demand. Further ensure the production safety of the unit, reduce the economic cost of production. In this paper, firstly, this paper analyzes the research status of blending coal blending technology at home and abroad, and points out the urgency of research on blending coal blending technology in power stations in China. Secondly, the concept, principle and application of blending coal blending are expounded, and the core of blending coal blending technology is analyzed. Then, taking the actual unit as an example, the scheme and test method of mixed combustion of boiler blending coal are put forward. The method of "separate grinding pulverized coal, mixed combustion in direct blowing furnace" is determined, with 0.4% sulfur of Tashan coal and 0.3% of lignite mixed with each other. The blending ratio is 3: 1, which can achieve 5000 calories and increase the efficiency of the unit through the adjustment of the pulverizing system. Finally, it is proved by the test results that the scheme of blending coal in the boiler unit is feasible.
