基于超聲振動(dòng)的微液滴生成裝置設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:設(shè)計(jì)了一種基于V型直線超聲電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)的微液滴生成裝置用于制備具有微米級(jí)尺寸的微液滴。此裝置由基于V型直線超聲電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)的微液滴生成部件、基于V型直線超聲電機(jī)的三維位移控制平臺(tái)和基于壓電振子的微液滴分離部件組成。其中,生成部件包含超聲電機(jī)、醫(yī)用注射器、硅膠軟管和自制的玻璃基微噴嘴。利用控制器驅(qū)動(dòng)直線超聲電機(jī)高精度地移動(dòng),由滑臺(tái)推動(dòng)注射器,在玻璃基噴嘴尖端產(chǎn)生附著的微小液滴;再利用壓電振子激發(fā)桿狀噴嘴的固有振型,使得附著的液滴克服粘性力從微噴嘴尖端分離,落在一定的范圍內(nèi),并計(jì)算生成的球形微液滴的半徑。以蒸餾水作為初始液體,探究此裝置生成的微液滴的特性。研究結(jié)果表明,蒸餾水在直線電機(jī)的精密驅(qū)動(dòng)下,在微噴嘴尖端形成附著的球冠狀液滴。通過(guò)分離部件的振動(dòng),附著的液滴克服自身的粘性力從噴嘴尖端分離,形成球形液滴,通過(guò)測(cè)量得出此裝置生成的球形液滴的半徑小于40μm。
[Abstract]:A micro droplet generating device based on V type linear ultrasonic motor was designed to fabricate micro droplets with micron size. The device consists of a micro droplet generating unit driven by a V type linear ultrasonic motor, a 3D displacement control platform based on a V type linear ultrasonic motor and a micro droplet separation unit based on a piezoelectric vibrator. The generating parts include ultrasonic motor, medical syringe, silicone hose and self-made glass-based micro-nozzle. The linear ultrasonic motor is driven by the controller to move with high precision, and the syringe is driven by the slider to produce tiny droplets attached to the tip of the glass based nozzle. Then the natural mode of the rod nozzle is excited by piezoelectric vibrator, which makes the attached droplet to separate from the tip of the micro nozzle and fall within a certain range, and calculate the radius of the spherical microdroplet. Using distilled water as the initial liquid, the characteristics of the microdroplets generated by this device were investigated. The results show that the spherical droplets attached by distilled water are formed at the tip of the micro nozzle under the precise driving of the linear motor. By the vibration of the separating parts, the attached droplets can overcome the viscous force and separate from the tip of the nozzle to form spherical droplets. The radius of the spherical droplets generated by this device is less than 40 渭 m.
