【摘要】：該文提出一種基于雙輔助網(wǎng)絡(luò)(dual auxiliary network,DAN)的寬軟開關(guān)范圍周波變換類型的高頻鏈逆變(cycloconverter-type high frequency link inverter,CHFLI)電路,簡稱DAN-CHFLI電路。原邊側(cè)采用對稱型無源輔助網(wǎng)絡(luò)(passive auxiliary network,PAN)解決了傳統(tǒng)CHFLI電路在空載、輕載及輸出電壓較小時原邊側(cè)開關(guān)管無法實現(xiàn)軟開關(guān)的問題,拓寬了軟開關(guān)范圍,保證了其在任意負(fù)載條件下的零電壓導(dǎo)通(zero voltage switching,ZVS)。副邊側(cè)有源輔助網(wǎng)絡(luò)(active auxiliary network,AAN)由鉗位電容和H橋組成,可以解決漏感與開關(guān)管寄生電容諧振造成的電壓振蕩問題,并輔助周波變換器換流。針對AAN電路,提出一種移相鉗位策略:AAN開關(guān)管與原邊開關(guān)管類似,也采用固定占空比方波信號移相調(diào)制;且相比原邊開關(guān)管,AAN開關(guān)管延遲導(dǎo)通以實現(xiàn)軟開關(guān)。文中詳細(xì)分析了DAN-CHFLI拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu)、換流過程、PAN和AAN工作原理及開關(guān)管的軟開關(guān)特性,并設(shè)計實驗樣機驗證了理論分析的正確性。
[Abstract]:In this paper, a high frequency chain inverter (cycloconverter-type high frequency link inverter,CHFLI) circuit based on dual auxiliary network (dual auxiliary network,DAN) with wide soft switching range Zhou Bo transform is proposed, which is referred to as DAN-CHFLI circuit. The original side adopts the symmetrical passive auxiliary network (passive auxiliary network,PAN) to solve the problem that the traditional CHFLI circuit can not realize the soft switch in the no-load, light load and small output voltage, and widens the soft switching range. The zero voltage conduction (zero voltage switching,ZVS is guaranteed under any load condition. The auxiliary side active auxiliary network (active auxiliary network,AAN) is composed of clamped capacitance and H bridge, which can solve the voltage oscillation caused by leakage inductance and parasitic capacitor resonance of switch tube, and assist Zhou Bo converter to commutate. For AAN circuit, a phase shift clamp strategy is proposed: the AAN switch is similar to the original side switch and is also modulated by a fixed duty cycle signal phase shift, and compared with the original side switch, the AAN switch is delayed on to realize soft switching. The topology of DAN-CHFLI, the commutation process, the working principle of PAN and AAN and the soft switching characteristics of the switch tube are analyzed in detail. The experimental prototype is designed to verify the correctness of the theoretical analysis.
