【摘要】：為研究直流開斷過程中觸頭開距、燃弧時(shí)間及電流過零時(shí)的di/dt對(duì)真空開關(guān)開斷能力的影響,對(duì)真空開關(guān)分?jǐn)嘀蟮墓逃薪橘|(zhì)恢復(fù)強(qiáng)度進(jìn)行了測(cè)量,即不加恢復(fù)電壓下觸頭間隙介質(zhì)的自由恢復(fù)過程。文中設(shè)計(jì)了永磁 斥力混合式快速機(jī)構(gòu),并采用轉(zhuǎn)移強(qiáng)迫過零開斷的方法,在合成回路實(shí)驗(yàn)系統(tǒng)中進(jìn)行了真空小電流直流開斷。搭建了用于測(cè)量弧后固有介質(zhì)恢復(fù)強(qiáng)度的高壓脈沖產(chǎn)生電路,在電流過零之后采用單電源高壓脈沖放電法測(cè)量了不同觸頭開距、不同燃弧時(shí)間及不同di/dt下的觸頭間隙的固有介質(zhì)恢復(fù)強(qiáng)度。研究結(jié)果表明:該文實(shí)驗(yàn)條件下的直流開斷過程中存在一個(gè)臨界開距,在此開距范圍內(nèi),選擇較快的分?jǐn)嗨俣群洼^短的燃弧時(shí)間,能夠提高電流過零后電極間隙的固有介質(zhì)恢復(fù)強(qiáng)度。同等開距同樣的燃弧時(shí)間下,選擇較低的反向電流過零頻率能夠提高電流過零后的固有介質(zhì)恢復(fù)強(qiáng)度。
[Abstract]:In order to study the influence of contact opening distance, arc burning time and current over 00:00 on the opening capacity of vacuum switch during DC breaking, the recovery strength of natural medium after breaking vacuum switch was measured. That is, the free recovery process of contact gap medium without restoring voltage. In this paper, a hybrid fast mechanism with permanent magnetic repulsion force is designed, and the vacuum low current DC break is carried out in the synthetic circuit experiment system by using the method of transferring forced zero crossing. A high voltage pulse generation circuit used to measure the recovery strength of the natural medium behind the arc is built. After the zero current is crossed, the different contact opening distance is measured by the single source high voltage pulse discharge method. The intrinsic medium recovery strength of contact gap under different arc burning time and different di/dt. The results show that there is a critical opening distance in the process of DC breaking under the experimental conditions. In the range of the opening distance, a faster breaking speed and a shorter arc burning time are selected. It can improve the intrinsic dielectric recovery strength of electrode gap after current crossing zero. With the same open distance and the same arc time, the recovery strength of the natural medium after zero crossing can be improved by choosing a lower zero crossing frequency of reverse current.
