【摘要】：總結(jié)了礦漿在煙氣脫硫及資源化的應(yīng)用,全面綜述了磷礦漿、錳礦漿、鎂礦漿、赤泥漿、鋅礦漿、銅礦漿、鎳礦漿7種不同類型礦漿煙氣脫硫及資源化,從礦渣的數(shù)量、賦存形態(tài)、煙氣脫硫機(jī)理、影響因素、工藝路線、操作參數(shù)、應(yīng)用案例等進(jìn)行論述,并對比分析各自優(yōu)點(diǎn)和缺點(diǎn)�？偨Y(jié)出礦渣或貧礦與水配制礦漿作為新型脫硫劑可以高效脫除煙氣中低濃度二氧化硫,同時(shí)綜合利用礦渣中金屬資源,達(dá)到"以廢治廢"目的。指出雖然礦漿煙氣脫硫技術(shù)可行、運(yùn)行成本低、副產(chǎn)物量大,可為煙氣脫硫及資源化工業(yè)應(yīng)用提供新思路,但是依然存在污染物同時(shí)治理研究較少、脫硫產(chǎn)物高效分離成本較高等問題,今后應(yīng)加強(qiáng)多污染同時(shí)脫除、脫硫副產(chǎn)物分離及資源化利用途徑的研究。
[Abstract]:The application of pulp in flue gas desulphurization and resource utilization is summarized. The desulphurization and resource utilization of seven different types of pulp, such as phosphate slurry, manganese slurry, magnesium slurry, red mud, zinc slurry, copper pulp and nickel pulp, are summarized. Occurrence form, flue gas desulphurization mechanism, influencing factors, technological route, operation parameters, application cases and so on are discussed, and their respective advantages and disadvantages are compared and analyzed. It is concluded that slag or slurry prepared with lean ore and water as a new desulfurization agent can effectively remove sulfur dioxide in flue gas with low concentration of sulfur dioxide and make comprehensive use of metal resources in slag to achieve the purpose of "treating waste by waste". It is pointed out that although the technology of flue gas desulfurization with slurry is feasible, the operation cost is low, and the amount of by-products is large, it can provide a new idea for the industrial application of flue gas desulfurization and resource utilization, but there is still less research on simultaneous treatment of pollutants. The high efficiency separation cost of desulphurization products is very high. In the future, we should strengthen the research of multi-pollution simultaneous removal, desulphurization by-product separation and utilization of resources.
