礦漿煙氣脫硫及資源化研究進展
[Abstract]:The application of pulp in flue gas desulphurization and resource utilization is summarized. The desulphurization and resource utilization of seven different types of pulp, such as phosphate slurry, manganese slurry, magnesium slurry, red mud, zinc slurry, copper pulp and nickel pulp, are summarized. Occurrence form, flue gas desulphurization mechanism, influencing factors, technological route, operation parameters, application cases and so on are discussed, and their respective advantages and disadvantages are compared and analyzed. It is concluded that slag or slurry prepared with lean ore and water as a new desulfurization agent can effectively remove sulfur dioxide in flue gas with low concentration of sulfur dioxide and make comprehensive use of metal resources in slag to achieve the purpose of "treating waste by waste". It is pointed out that although the technology of flue gas desulfurization with slurry is feasible, the operation cost is low, and the amount of by-products is large, it can provide a new idea for the industrial application of flue gas desulfurization and resource utilization, but there is still less research on simultaneous treatment of pollutants. The high efficiency separation cost of desulphurization products is very high. In the future, we should strengthen the research of multi-pollution simultaneous removal, desulphurization by-product separation and utilization of resources.
