高光效寬色域LED投影照明系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)
[Abstract]:With the improvement of LED luminescence efficiency, high power LED light source is gradually applied to projection system. The illumination system based on three color LED and square bar has the advantages of high color gamut and small volume. Because of the large luminous angle of LED, the light in a certain angle of the square bar is limited, and the projection brightness is not high. Based on the principle of optical spread matching and the theory of non-imaging optics, a high light efficiency and wide color gamut LED projection illumination system is designed to match the subsequent optical system, which improves the energy utilization ratio of the whole projection system and expands the color gamut of the projection system. Firstly, according to the characteristics of LED light source and the theory of non-imaging optics, the whole design idea and method of LED projection display square bar bright light path are put forward in this paper. The luminous flux of red, green and blue LED light source is calculated theoretically, and the collimator is designed by two different methods according to the luminescence characteristics of LED. According to the characteristics of the subsequent display system and the reverse design method, two kinds of collector matching the collimator are designed. Based on the principle of conserving optical spreading quantity, a conical square bar light sharing system is designed. According to the design parameters of each device in the projective illumination system, the simulation models of two groups of LED projector bar illumination system are established in the optical software. The simulation results are verified and analyzed. The optical path of the actual LED square bar illumination system is built, and the projection display system is combined with the subsequent optical system. The test results show that the designed LED projection bar illumination system can efficiently collect and homogenize the LED beam, and the color saturation is up to the standard color gamut of 75%NTSC. At the same time, the projector using the designed LED projection bar illumination system improves the brightness of the display screen by 16.9. the energy utilization efficiency of the projection display system is improved compared with the common LED projector in the market. The design of LED projection bar lighting system realizes the requirement of high light efficiency and wide color gamut.
