電阻應變電橋的激勵源對測試靈敏度的影響

【摘要】:【目的】隨著電阻應變片制造工藝的提高,電阻應變片不僅在稱量裝置中應用廣泛,在低功耗形變檢測系統(tǒng)中也應能得到應用。由此研究了在低電壓工作環(huán)境下電橋激勵源對測試靈敏度的影響。【方法】整個測試系統(tǒng)在3.3V的電壓下工作,在實驗中改變電橋的激勵電壓和激勵電流,將電橋輸出電壓經(jīng)高共模抑制比儀表放大器INA333放大后通過模數(shù)轉(zhuǎn)換器ADS1118采集后顯示。【結果】3V激勵電壓提高到5V激勵電壓時每克導致的輸出電壓變化幅度增加66.9%,激勵電流每增加1mA,輸出電壓靈敏度增加0.16。【結論】激勵電壓和激勵電流的增大有利于提高電橋輸出電壓,提高測試微小形變的靈敏度,降低后級數(shù)模轉(zhuǎn)換電路要求。
[Abstract]:[objective] with the improvement of resistance strain gauge manufacturing technology, resistive strain gauge is not only widely used in weighing device, but also can be used in low power deformation detection system. In this paper, the influence of bridge excitation source on test sensitivity in low voltage working environment is studied. [methods] the whole test system works at 3.3 V voltage, and the excitation voltage and current of the bridge are changed in the experiment. The output voltage of the bridge is amplified by the INA333 amplifier of the high common-mode rejection ratio instrument, and then displayed by the analog-to-digital converter ADS1118. [results] when the excitation voltage of 3V is increased to 5V, the amplitude of the output voltage change per gram is increased by 66.9%. The sensitivity of output voltage is increased by 0.16 for every 1 Ma of excitation current. [conclusion] the increase of excitation voltage and current is beneficial to increase the output voltage of bridge, improve the sensitivity of measuring small deformation, and reduce the requirement of digital to analog conversion circuit.
