浙福特高壓輸電線路工程質(zhì)量管理研究
[Abstract]:Compared with the traditional transmission line project, Zhejiang Ford HV transmission line project has the characteristics of high line structure parameters, high operation parameters, wide coverage, complex geographical environment along the line, large number of participants, high requirements for safe and reliable operation, and so on. The quality of the project will directly affect the security of Zhejiang power grid and the development of social economy. Although the general quality management method can guarantee the quality of the project to a certain extent, there are still many problems in the process of quality management of Zhejiang Ford HV transmission line project, so it is imperative to strengthen the quality management of the project. Based on the concept, principle, method and relevant factors of quality and engineering quality management, combined with the characteristics of UHV transmission line project, this paper expounds the present situation and significance of research on project quality management at home and abroad. At present, the quality evaluation of UHV transmission lines in China is mainly carried out through construction quality inspection and evaluation, which lacks a systematic evaluation system. Effective comprehensive evaluation of quality management is an effective means to improve engineering quality. The construction of a quality management evaluation system suitable for Zhejiang Ford HV transmission line project is conducive to making scientific and reasonable evaluation of the project quality management, finding quality management problems, and taking timely and effective measures to continuously improve the quality of the project. A comprehensive evaluation system of UHV transmission line project quality management based on analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is constructed, and applied in Zhejiang Ford HV transmission line project, the weak links in project quality management are found. Thus, the optimization scheme is put forward from five factors of human, mechanical, material, method and environment.
