五相雙級矩陣變換器調(diào)制策略的研究

【摘要】:近幾十年來,電力電子變換器因其自身的優(yōu)勢,在交流傳動系統(tǒng)中得到了廣泛的應(yīng)用。隨著電力電子相關(guān)技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展,多相電機(jī)驅(qū)動系統(tǒng)為實(shí)現(xiàn)高壓大功率的交流傳輸提供了新途徑,而與其相配套的多相電力變換器也得到了廣泛的應(yīng)用與研究。雙級矩陣式變換器是一種新型的交-交電力變換裝置,在電力電子變換器的發(fā)展中具有很大的潛力。本課題以五相雙級矩陣變換器的典型拓?fù)錇檠芯繉ο?對其控制策略進(jìn)行了研究,為多相矩陣變換器進(jìn)一步的理論研究打下了基礎(chǔ)。在五相雙級矩陣變換器拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu)的基礎(chǔ)上,對其空間矢量調(diào)制(Space Vector Pulse Width Modulation,SVPWM)策略進(jìn)行了研究,推導(dǎo)了其占空比函數(shù)表達(dá)式。然后利用一個對稱的三角載波信號,結(jié)合占空比函數(shù)推導(dǎo)了相應(yīng)調(diào)制信號的通用表達(dá)式。最后通過邏輯運(yùn)算,實(shí)現(xiàn)了基于SVPWM策略的載波脈寬調(diào)制(PWM)方法,該方法避免了SVPWM策略的扇區(qū)組合和查表的復(fù)雜性。為抑制五相雙級矩陣變換器在工作時產(chǎn)生的共模電壓,通過分析其共模電壓的產(chǎn)生機(jī)理,提出了一種減小其共模電壓的載波PWM方法。在SVPWM策略的基礎(chǔ)上,通過對逆變級零矢量的合理選擇與分配,避免了較大共模電壓的產(chǎn)生。最后結(jié)合載波信號推導(dǎo)了相應(yīng)調(diào)制信號的通用表達(dá)式,得到了各個功率開關(guān)的驅(qū)動信號。該方法不僅減小了其共模電壓,同時也減少了換流次數(shù)。最后,利用Matlab/Simulink平臺搭建了五相雙級矩陣變換器的仿真模型,仿真結(jié)果表明了上述方法的可行性。
[Abstract]:In recent decades, power electronic converters have been widely used in AC drive systems because of their own advantages. With the rapid development of power electronics related technology, the multi-phase motor drive system provides a new way to realize high-voltage and high-power AC transmission, and the matching multi-phase power converter has been widely used and studied. Two-stage matrix converter is a new type of AC-AC power conversion device, which has great potential in the development of power electronic converter. In this paper, the typical topology of five-phase two-stage matrix converter is taken as the research object, and its control strategy is studied, which lays a foundation for the further theoretical research of the multi-phase matrix converter. Based on the topological structure of five-phase two-stage matrix converter, the space vector modulation (Space Vector Pulse Width Modulation,SVPWM) strategy is studied, and the duty cycle function expression is derived. Then a general expression of the corresponding modulation signal is derived by using a symmetric triangular carrier signal combined with the duty cycle function. Finally, a carrier pulse width modulation (PWM) method based on SVPWM strategy is implemented through logical operation, which avoids the sector combination of SVPWM policy and the complexity of table lookup. In order to suppress the common-mode voltage generated by the five-phase two-stage matrix converter, a carrier PWM method is proposed to reduce the common-mode voltage by analyzing the generation mechanism of the common-mode voltage. On the basis of SVPWM strategy, the generation of large common-mode voltage is avoided by reasonable selection and allocation of zero vector of inverter level. Finally, the general expression of the corresponding modulation signal is derived with the carrier signal, and the driving signals of each power switch are obtained. This method not only reduces the common-mode voltage, but also reduces the commutation times. Finally, the simulation model of the five-phase two-stage matrix converter is built on the Matlab/Simulink platform. The simulation results show that the proposed method is feasible.
