基于滲透率的區(qū)域配電網(wǎng)分布式光伏并網(wǎng)消納能力分析

【摘要】:隨著分布式光伏在區(qū)域配電網(wǎng)中接入容量的不斷增加,以滲透率指標(biāo)群為參考,將引導(dǎo)分布式光伏的合理規(guī)劃。在不考慮配電網(wǎng)升級改造的前提下,以光伏并網(wǎng)的功率滲透率、容量滲透率和能量滲透率為載體,建立光伏滲透率指標(biāo)群。以某一實際區(qū)域配電網(wǎng)為基礎(chǔ),闡述各光伏滲透率指標(biāo)的實際物理意義,分析并網(wǎng)后光伏出力與光伏成本、光伏利用率之間的關(guān)系,最后探討不同負(fù)荷類型對光伏滲透率指標(biāo)群的影響,為區(qū)域配電網(wǎng)分布式光伏規(guī)劃投資提供指導(dǎo)和參考,有效引導(dǎo)未來分布式光伏與電網(wǎng)的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the increasing of the access capacity of distributed photovoltaic in regional distribution network, the reasonable planning of distributed photovoltaic will be guided by the reference of permeability index group. The PV permeability index group is established with the power permeability, capacity permeability and energy permeability of photovoltaic grid-connected network as the carrier without considering the upgrading and transformation of the distribution network. Based on a regional distribution network, the physical meaning of each photovoltaic permeability index is expounded, and the relationship between photovoltaic productivity, PV cost and photovoltaic utilization ratio after grid-connected is analyzed. Finally, the influence of different load types on photovoltaic permeability index group is discussed, which can provide guidance and reference for regional distribution network distributed photovoltaic planning investment, and effectively guide the coordinated development of future distributed photovoltaic and power grid.
