【摘要】：為提高輸電線路運行狀態(tài)評估的準確性,提出了基于變權(quán)綜合理論和模糊綜合評價的多結(jié)果輸出輸電線路運行狀態(tài)評價方法。該方法通過確定輸電線路運行狀態(tài)評價的關(guān)鍵評價因素,建立多結(jié)果輸出的模糊綜合評價模型,得到了以塔位段單元、塔位段、線路單元、線路總體運行狀態(tài)為分類的評判計算模型,并基于變權(quán)綜合理論,引入均衡函數(shù),對由層次分析法確定的各個評價因素的權(quán)重系數(shù)進行調(diào)整。結(jié)果表明:該方法采用改進的隸屬函數(shù),更加準確地表達了評價因素的分布狀態(tài),并引入均衡函數(shù)對評價因素的常權(quán)系數(shù)進行調(diào)整,改善了常權(quán)系數(shù)下,評價指標偏離正常值的狀態(tài)量對線路運行狀態(tài)評價結(jié)果無影響的情況。工程實例計算與其他方法的對比分析表明,所提出的輸電線路運行狀態(tài)評價方法使評價結(jié)果更加符合工程實際,具有良好的應用前景。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the accuracy of power transmission line operation state evaluation, a multi-result output transmission line operation state evaluation method based on variable weight synthesis theory and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is proposed. By determining the key evaluation factors of transmission line operation state evaluation, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of multi-result output is established, and the tower section unit, tower section and line unit are obtained. Based on the theory of variable weight synthesis and the introduction of equilibrium function, the weight coefficients of each evaluation factor determined by AHP are adjusted. The results show that the distribution of evaluation factors is expressed more accurately by using the improved membership function, and the constant weight coefficient of the evaluation factor is adjusted by introducing the equilibrium function, and the constant weight coefficient is improved. The condition that the evaluation index deviates from the normal value has no influence on the evaluation result of the line running state. The comparison and analysis of engineering examples and other methods show that the proposed evaluation method of transmission line operation status makes the evaluation results more in line with the engineering practice and has a good application prospect.
