毛針織服裝電熨斗系列化設(shè)計(jì)方法研究
[Abstract]:In the market, the competition of all kinds of commodities is extremely fierce, and the function and form of various products are converging gradually. How to embody the difference of brand and establish brand image has become a major problem in the product development of modern enterprises. In this paper, the definition, characteristics, importance and classification of product series design are discussed by means of wool knitted garment ironing machine. Through the serial design cases of electric irons for wool knitted garments, the design theory and method of serialization are summarized and studied. This paper discusses the method of product serialization design and the advantages of product serialization design through series design of small household appliances, and provides some references for future design. In this paper, the function, shape, structure, color, material and so on of irons are discussed. Through serial design to meet the individual needs of different consumers, improve product differentiation, enhance brand recognition. Through the series design research to guide the enterprise product research and development, reduce the enterprise production risk. The series design idea is explained by analyzing the design of electric iron of wool knitted clothing. Serial design has the advantages of shortening the manufacturing cycle, reducing the cost of manufacturing, enriching the product form, improving the production efficiency and adapting to the market environment quickly, which can bring more economic benefits to the enterprise. Improve the product competitiveness and market share of the enterprise. Through the investigation, we can find out that the series design of products can make the enterprise develop the related products of the same series quickly on the basis of a kind of basic products, and occupy the advantage in the market. At the same time, it can prolong the life cycle of products, make comprehensive use of the production equipment resources of enterprises, and realize resource optimization. In addition, the products designed in series will also have more advantages when the products are on display, which can attract the attention of consumers, enhance the degree of product identification and deepen memory, thereby expanding the impact and promoting sales. Finally, enhance the brand effect of enterprises. Wool knitted clothing has always been favored by consumers because of its comfort and beauty and its strong warmth. However, because of the particularity of its textile material technology, it often has the disadvantages of easy pilling, easy to stick to dust, no wear resistance, etc. To a great extent, it directly affects the comfort and neatness of wool knitted clothing, and finally affects the dress effect and quality of life. In view of the above existing problems and the special needs of wool knitted clothing fabric when garment blanching. In this paper, the author innovates the finishing and ironing equipment of daily clothing, and designs a multi-function portable family integrated machine which integrates ironing, removing velvet and combing, and designs a series of ironing products based on this prototype. This series of products is designed in accordance with people's different needs, which effectively solves the problems in daily wear of woolen knitted clothing. This series of products can basically satisfy the individual aesthetic of consumers. Functional usage and other requirements.
