風(fēng)電葉片用膠粘劑剪切疲勞性能和蠕變性能分析

【摘要】:簡述了膠粘劑在風(fēng)電葉片中的重要性,風(fēng)電葉片大多采用環(huán)氧膠粘劑。從葉片的設(shè)計需求角度,對比測試了國產(chǎn)膠粘劑和進(jìn)口膠粘劑的玻璃化轉(zhuǎn)變溫度、剪切疲勞和蠕變性能,并對兩種膠粘劑的粘接斷面進(jìn)行形貌掃描,簡單分析得出:進(jìn)口膠粘劑的粘接斷面是比較典型的韌性斷裂,國產(chǎn)膠粘劑的粘接斷面呈現(xiàn)韌性和脆性結(jié)合體;提高膠粘劑的韌性,并不斷改良增韌體系和環(huán)氧樹脂基體的相容性是國產(chǎn)膠粘劑亟待解決的問題。
[Abstract]:The importance of adhesive in wind turbine blade is briefly described, and epoxy adhesive is mostly used in wind turbine blade. The glass transition temperature, shear fatigue and creep properties of domestic adhesives and imported adhesives were compared and tested from the point of view of blade design requirements, and the adhesion cross-sections of the two kinds of adhesives were scanned. The simple analysis shows that the adhesive section of the imported adhesive is a typical ductile fracture, and the adhesive section of the domestic adhesive presents toughness and brittleness, and improves the toughness of the adhesive. Improving the compatibility of toughened system and epoxy resin matrix is an urgent problem for domestic adhesives.
