鋰動(dòng)力電池內(nèi)阻影響因素的實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:鋰動(dòng)力電池內(nèi)阻是衡量電動(dòng)汽車用電池性能的一個(gè)重要參數(shù)。本文中研究了不同環(huán)境溫度、放電倍率和放電深度下的電池內(nèi)阻隨循環(huán)次數(shù)而變化的規(guī)律。結(jié)果表明,電池內(nèi)阻與循環(huán)次數(shù)之間呈冪指數(shù)關(guān)系。電池內(nèi)阻變化率與環(huán)境溫度之間近似于二次函數(shù)關(guān)系,當(dāng)環(huán)境溫度為20℃時(shí),電池內(nèi)阻及其隨循環(huán)次數(shù)的變化率均最小;電池內(nèi)阻變化率隨放電倍率的增大而增大,當(dāng)放電倍率為1C時(shí),電池內(nèi)阻變化率基本上不隨循環(huán)次數(shù)而變化,而當(dāng)放電倍率為1.5C和2C時(shí),電池內(nèi)阻變化率隨循環(huán)次數(shù)增加而明顯增大;放電深度為25%和50%時(shí),電池內(nèi)阻變化率隨循環(huán)次數(shù)的變化曲線相近,當(dāng)放電深度達(dá)到100%時(shí),電池內(nèi)阻變化率顯著增大。單次循環(huán)放電中,放電深度為0~80%時(shí),電池內(nèi)阻隨放電深度的變化較小,當(dāng)放電深度為80%~100%時(shí),電池內(nèi)阻隨放電深度的增加而急劇增加。
[Abstract]:The internal resistance of lithium power battery is an important parameter to measure the battery performance of electric vehicle. In this paper, the internal resistance of the battery varies with the number of cycles at different ambient temperature, discharge rate and discharge depth.
