【摘要】：空調(diào)是典型具有熱存儲(chǔ)特性的負(fù)荷,具有在電力系統(tǒng)發(fā)生大功率缺額事故時(shí)提供事故備用容量的潛能。為了充分利用空調(diào)負(fù)荷備用資源,提出了一種大功率缺額下空調(diào)負(fù)荷群集的分散自律控制策略。首先,對(duì)根據(jù)頻率偏差調(diào)整空調(diào)設(shè)定溫度的負(fù)荷分散式控制進(jìn)行分析,確定了控制引起負(fù)荷群聚合功率振蕩以及負(fù)荷恢復(fù)產(chǎn)生功率二次沖擊的機(jī)理。在此基礎(chǔ)上,提出了空調(diào)負(fù)荷群集的分散自律控制策略,各空調(diào)分散自主地調(diào)整設(shè)定溫度上下限,保持控制前后負(fù)荷群的運(yùn)行狀態(tài)不變,消除聚合功率振蕩,采用分時(shí)段恢復(fù)法避免功率二次沖擊。之后,深入分析了所設(shè)計(jì)策略的控制特性及參數(shù)取值原則。最后,通過(guò)算例仿真驗(yàn)證了大功率缺額下空調(diào)負(fù)荷群集分散自律控制策略的有效性。
[Abstract]:Air conditioning is a typical load with thermal storage characteristics and has the potential to provide emergency reserve capacity in the event of large power vacancy accidents in power system. In order to make full use of the spare resources of air conditioning load, a decentralized autonomous control strategy of air conditioning load cluster under high power vacancy is proposed. Firstly, the load distributed control which adjusts the temperature of air conditioning according to the frequency deviation is analyzed, and the mechanism of power secondary impact caused by the control of load group aggregate power oscillation and load recovery is determined. On this basis, a decentralized and autonomous control strategy for air conditioning load cluster is put forward. Each air conditioner adjusts the upper and lower limits of temperature, keeps the running state of the load group unchanged before and after the control, and eliminates the aggregate power oscillation. The second power shock is avoided by the method of time-divided recovery. Then, the control characteristics and parameter selection principle of the designed strategy are analyzed in depth. Finally, the effectiveness of the decentralized autonomous control strategy for air conditioning load cluster under high power vacancy is verified by a numerical example.
