一種適用于高溫條件下的電聲脈沖法空間電荷測量系統(tǒng)

【摘要】:溫度變化時聚合物材料內(nèi)部的電荷輸運(yùn)特性或電極/介質(zhì)界面處電荷注入的特性可能發(fā)生改變。因此,研究聚合物絕緣材料在高溫下的空間電荷特性十分必要。該文采用新型的、具有高居里點的聚偏氟乙烯 三氟乙烯(polyvinylidene fluoride-trifluoroethylene,P(VDF-TrFE))薄膜作為壓電傳感器,分體設(shè)計了脈沖耦合電路、信號放大器電路和電極加熱單元,建立了適用于室溫~110℃的電聲脈沖法(pulsed electro-acoustic method,PEA)空間電荷測量系統(tǒng)。從電聲脈沖法測量空間電荷的原理出發(fā),分析了對壓電傳感器輸出的電壓信號、最終空間電荷密度值的影響因素。計入了溫度對試樣中的聲速和試樣相對介電常數(shù)的影響,得出了溫度影響空間電荷密度的幅值和位置的校正方法。利用該系統(tǒng)測量了純環(huán)氧試樣在不同溫度下的空間電荷分布特性。
