【摘要】：對于電網(wǎng)企業(yè)而言,電力系統(tǒng)的安全可靠供應(yīng)是企業(yè)穩(wěn)定健康發(fā)展的生命線。中低壓配電線路作為配電網(wǎng)主要組成部分,是當(dāng)前最為常見的電力輸送形式,其最大的特點(diǎn)線長、點(diǎn)多、面廣。另外,配電線路直接面對用戶端,是電力輸送的最后一站,用戶端的供用電的情況各有差異,如果維護(hù)管理不到位,將會產(chǎn)生較高的設(shè)備故障率,影響客戶用電服務(wù)滿意度,同時間接影響著電網(wǎng)的安全運(yùn)行。由于中低壓配電線路受當(dāng)?shù)氐乩憝h(huán)境、天氣變化、經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展等影響較大,中低壓配電線路的常規(guī)維護(hù)與檢修存在較大的困難。清遠(yuǎn)地區(qū)以山地、丘陵為主,是出了名的“雷區(qū)”,一年四季雨水較多,樹木生長茂盛,雷擊、樹障是供電線路安全運(yùn)行的最大威脅;同時,清遠(yuǎn)市區(qū)位優(yōu)越,交通便利,位于珠三角“一小時生活圈”內(nèi),近年來經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展快速,樓盤建設(shè)多,施工頻繁,經(jīng)常發(fā)生因施工車輛造成供電線路斷線斷桿現(xiàn)象;另外,因清遠(yuǎn)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展起步低,城市化程度不高,供電企業(yè)電網(wǎng)投資跟不上,農(nóng)村電網(wǎng)線路設(shè)備殘舊,存在較多的低電壓臺區(qū),用戶意見投訴多等等,這給清遠(yuǎn)地區(qū)的中低壓線路維護(hù)管理帶來了很大的困難。本文主要根據(jù)清遠(yuǎn)地區(qū)中低壓線路和設(shè)備運(yùn)行狀況,對近幾年中低壓線路設(shè)備常見的線路設(shè)備故障和隱患進(jìn)行深入研究,結(jié)合清遠(yuǎn)地區(qū)的地域、天氣、社會經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展等特點(diǎn),以破解難題,提升中低壓配電線路健康水平為目標(biāo),主要在防雷、清障、防外力破壞、防用戶故障出門、提升員工技術(shù)技能水平等方面,提出具有可行的管理措施和技術(shù)措施,全面提升中低壓配電線路運(yùn)行維護(hù)管理水平,有效減少基層供電企業(yè)中低壓線路搶修次數(shù),減少客戶平均停電時間,保證電力安全可靠穩(wěn)定供應(yīng),提高企業(yè)對外形象,促進(jìn)當(dāng)?shù)亟?jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:For power grid enterprises, the safe and reliable supply of power system is the lifeline of stable and healthy development of enterprises. As the main part of distribution network, medium and low voltage distribution line is the most common power transmission form at present, its biggest characteristic line is long, many points, wide range. In addition, distribution lines are directly facing the user side, which is the last station for power transmission. There are differences in the situation of power supply and consumption at the user side. If the maintenance and management are not in place, there will be a higher failure rate of the equipment, which will affect the customer's satisfaction with electricity service. At the same time, it indirectly affects the safe operation of power grid. Due to the influence of local geographical environment, weather change, economic development and so on, the routine maintenance and maintenance of medium and low voltage distribution lines are difficult. The Qingyuan area is dominated by mountains and hills, and is a famous "minefield". Rain Water has more trees, lightning strikes, and tree barriers are the biggest threats to the safe operation of power supply lines. At the same time, Qingyuan City has a superior location and convenient transportation. Located in the "one-hour life circle" of the Pearl River Delta, in recent years, the economy has developed rapidly, buildings have been built more frequently, and the power supply lines have been cut off frequently because of construction vehicles. In addition, Qingyuan's economic development has started at a low level. The level of urbanization is not high, the investment of power supply enterprise can not keep up with, the equipment of rural power network is dilapidated, there are more low voltage stations, many users' opinions and complaints, etc., which brings great difficulties to the maintenance and management of medium and low voltage lines in Qingyuan area. According to the operation status of medium and low voltage lines and equipment in Qingyuan area, this paper makes an in-depth study on the common line equipment failures and hidden dangers of medium and low voltage line equipment in recent years, combining with the characteristics of Qingyuan area, such as region, weather, social and economic development, etc. Aiming at solving difficult problems and improving the health level of medium and low voltage distribution lines, the paper puts forward some feasible management measures and technical measures in such aspects as lightning protection, obstacle clearing, protection against external force damage, preventing customers from going out of trouble, improving the technical skills of employees, and so on. Comprehensively improve the management level of operation and maintenance of medium and low voltage distribution lines, effectively reduce the number of rush repairs of middle and low voltage lines in grass-roots power supply enterprises, reduce the average outage time of customers, ensure the safe, reliable and stable supply of electric power, and improve the external image of the enterprises, Promoting local economic and social development.
