考慮負(fù)荷聚集商參與的源荷互動(dòng)雙層優(yōu)化模型

【摘要】:需求響應(yīng)的實(shí)施需要對(duì)負(fù)荷側(cè)資源進(jìn)行有效整合和合理管理,負(fù)荷聚集商作為其他電力系統(tǒng)參與者與需求響應(yīng)資源之間的新興中介,可參與電力系統(tǒng)源荷互動(dòng)的實(shí)現(xiàn)。針對(duì)目前主網(wǎng)調(diào)度負(fù)荷側(cè)資源存在障礙的問題,提出以負(fù)荷聚集商安排負(fù)荷削減合同的方式參與需求響應(yīng),上層以系統(tǒng)綜合調(diào)度成本最低為優(yōu)化目標(biāo),下層在分析主動(dòng)負(fù)荷用電特性的基礎(chǔ)上制定負(fù)荷削減合同作為負(fù)荷聚集商的調(diào)用對(duì)象,以此構(gòu)建源荷互動(dòng)雙層優(yōu)化模型進(jìn)行算例仿真。結(jié)果驗(yàn)證了負(fù)荷聚集商的參與能降低發(fā)電機(jī)組的啟停費(fèi)用,在兼顧各方利益的同時(shí)有利于系統(tǒng)削峰填谷及經(jīng)濟(jì)效益最優(yōu)的實(shí)現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:The implementation of demand response requires the effective integration and rational management of load-side resources. As a new medium between other power system participants and demand response resources, load aggregators can participate in the realization of power system source-load interaction. In view of the obstacle of load side resources in the main network at present, it is proposed that load aggregators arrange load reduction contracts to participate in demand response, with the lowest cost of system integrated scheduling as the optimization goal in the upper layer. On the basis of analyzing the characteristics of active load consumption, the lower layer formulates the load reduction contract as the calling object of the load aggregator, and constructs a two-layer optimization model of source-load interaction for simulation. The results show that the participation of load agglomeration quotient can reduce the start and stop cost of the generator set, and it is beneficial to the system to cut the peak and fill the valley at the same time as the benefit of all parties and to realize the optimal economic benefit.
