基于相鄰站信息的距離后備段動作時間自適應保護方案

【摘要】:分析了傳統(tǒng)距離后備段保護整定方法的難點和不足,并分析了以弱化選擇性為方向的整定簡化方法,針對簡化整定后可能出現(xiàn)的問題,提出了距離后備段動作時間自適應保護方案。利用相鄰變電站中的保護信息,構建了邏輯判據(jù),對本地距離Ⅱ段和Ⅲ段的動作時間進行調整。該方案能夠配合簡化整定后的距離后備段保護,使得上下級保護形成自適應的時間階梯,離故障點越近的保護動作時間越短,離故障點越遠的保護動作時間越長,從而保證了在整定簡化中弱化的選擇性,并且具有良好的容錯能力。通過算例對該方案進行了驗證。
