基于相鄰站信息的距離后備段動(dòng)作時(shí)間自適應(yīng)保護(hù)方案

【摘要】:分析了傳統(tǒng)距離后備段保護(hù)整定方法的難點(diǎn)和不足,并分析了以弱化選擇性為方向的整定簡化方法,針對(duì)簡化整定后可能出現(xiàn)的問題,提出了距離后備段動(dòng)作時(shí)間自適應(yīng)保護(hù)方案。利用相鄰變電站中的保護(hù)信息,構(gòu)建了邏輯判據(jù),對(duì)本地距離Ⅱ段和Ⅲ段的動(dòng)作時(shí)間進(jìn)行調(diào)整。該方案能夠配合簡化整定后的距離后備段保護(hù),使得上下級(jí)保護(hù)形成自適應(yīng)的時(shí)間階梯,離故障點(diǎn)越近的保護(hù)動(dòng)作時(shí)間越短,離故障點(diǎn)越遠(yuǎn)的保護(hù)動(dòng)作時(shí)間越長,從而保證了在整定簡化中弱化的選擇性,并且具有良好的容錯(cuò)能力。通過算例對(duì)該方案進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證。
