單系列輔機(jī)低負(fù)荷運(yùn)行協(xié)調(diào)控制及優(yōu)化

【摘要】:某配置單系列輔機(jī)的超臨界燃煤發(fā)電機(jī)組投運(yùn)后長期處于50%及以下負(fù)荷運(yùn)行,而其存在的低負(fù)荷工況下控制精度低的特性難以滿足機(jī)組協(xié)調(diào)控制要求,導(dǎo)致機(jī)組存在過熱度、給水和主蒸汽壓力波動大、引風(fēng)機(jī)出力擾動大、一次調(diào)頻負(fù)荷響應(yīng)慢、機(jī)組經(jīng)濟(jì)性和安全性無法保證的問題。對此,本文提出改變磨煤機(jī)入口風(fēng)量測量裝置,完善爐膛負(fù)壓控制和低負(fù)荷時(shí)降低一次風(fēng)流量占比,變參數(shù)動態(tài)適配給水和過熱度控制策略,增加一次調(diào)頻閥位響應(yīng)指令快動慢回,并對鍋爐主控制器和低負(fù)荷前饋回路進(jìn)行改造。優(yōu)化改造后的低負(fù)荷170~200 MW(48%~57%)擾動試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,優(yōu)化后的協(xié)調(diào)控制策略能滿足機(jī)組升降負(fù)荷和穩(wěn)態(tài)運(yùn)行的需求。該控制策略對單系列輔機(jī)低負(fù)荷安全運(yùn)行、電網(wǎng)深度調(diào)峰控制具有一定借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:The supercritical coal-fired generator set equipped with a single series of auxiliary machines has been running at 50% or less load for a long time after being put into operation. However, the characteristics of low control precision under low load condition are difficult to meet the requirements of coordinated control of the unit, resulting in the existence of superheat degree of the unit. The pressure fluctuation of feed water and main steam, the disturbance of induced fan's output force, the slow response of primary frequency modulation load, and the unguaranteed economy and safety of the unit. In this paper, it is put forward to change the measuring device of inlet air volume of coal mill, perfect the negative pressure control of furnace and reduce the primary air flow ratio at low load, and change the parameters to dynamically match the control strategy of feed water and superheat degree. The position response order of the primary frequency modulation valve is added and the boiler main controller and low load feedforward loop are reformed. The disturbance test results of 170 ~ 200 MW (48 ~ 57%) show that the optimized coordinated control strategy can meet the requirements of load lifting and steady operation. The control strategy can be used for reference for low load safe operation of single series auxiliary machines and deep peak-shaving control of power network.
