AP1000核電廠房動力特性參數(shù)化分析與優(yōu)化

【摘要】:AP1000核電廠非能動貯水箱需保證72 h供水。在地震作用下,水的晃動對核電廠動力響應(yīng)產(chǎn)生重要的影響。該文基于任意拉格朗日歐拉流固耦合算法,建立AP1000核電廠重力水箱4種水位和3種通風(fēng)口高度的全耦合精細(xì)有限元分析模型,分析滿足RG1.60反應(yīng)譜的核電人工波作用下重力水箱的動力響應(yīng),參數(shù)化分析核島廠房頂點加速度響應(yīng)與水箱水位、通風(fēng)口高度與結(jié)構(gòu)動力響應(yīng)之間的相互作用規(guī)律,探究核電廠重力水箱的最優(yōu)水位和通風(fēng)口。計算結(jié)果表明:在滿足核電廠供水的條件下,當(dāng)水位4,通風(fēng)口C時,AP1000核電廠屏蔽廠房動力響應(yīng)最小。
[Abstract]:The non-active storage tank of AP1000 nuclear power plant should ensure 72 h water supply. Under earthquake action, water sloshing plays an important role in the dynamic response of nuclear power plant. Based on an arbitrary Lagrangian Euler fluid-solid coupling algorithm, a fully coupled fine finite element analysis model of four water levels and three vent heights for gravity tank in AP1000 nuclear power plant is established in this paper. The dynamic response of gravity tank under the action of artificial wave of nuclear power plant satisfying the RG1.60 response spectrum is analyzed. The interaction between the acceleration response of the apex of the nuclear island powerhouse and the water level of the tank, the height of the vent and the dynamic response of the structure is analyzed parameterized. To explore the optimal water level and vent of gravity tank in nuclear power plant. The calculation results show that under the condition of satisfying the water supply of the nuclear power plant, when the water level is 4, the dynamic response of the shield plant of AP1000 nuclear power plant is minimum when the water level is 4 and the vent is C.
