基于電能質(zhì)量特性的配變綜合補(bǔ)償策略研究

【摘要】:針對(duì)低壓配電網(wǎng)日益嚴(yán)重的電能質(zhì)量問(wèn)題,在配電變壓器低壓側(cè)加裝一定容量的綜合補(bǔ)償裝置對(duì)諧波、無(wú)功及三相不平衡進(jìn)行集中綜合治理與補(bǔ)償。由于補(bǔ)償裝置容量受限,為了提高綜合補(bǔ)償裝置的補(bǔ)償容量利用率,在此提出了一種將電能質(zhì)量綜合評(píng)估方法與傳統(tǒng)實(shí)時(shí)檢測(cè)控制方法相結(jié)合的綜合補(bǔ)償控制策略。該策略運(yùn)用電能質(zhì)量綜合評(píng)估方法量化電能質(zhì)量指標(biāo),以反映電能質(zhì)量情況,使綜合補(bǔ)償裝置周期性調(diào)整各補(bǔ)償量的補(bǔ)償比例,更合理利用補(bǔ)償容量。最后,通過(guò)仿真及實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證了所提綜合補(bǔ)償控制策略的優(yōu)越性。
[Abstract]:In view of the increasingly serious power quality problem in the low voltage distribution network, the harmonic, reactive power and three phase unbalance are comprehensively treated and compensated by adding a certain capacity comprehensive compensation device to the low voltage side of the distribution transformer. Because of the limited capacity of the compensator, in order to improve the utilization ratio of the compensation capacity of the integrated compensator, a comprehensive compensation control strategy combining the power quality comprehensive evaluation method with the traditional real-time detection control method is proposed. In order to reflect the situation of power quality, the comprehensive power quality evaluation method is used to quantify the power quality index, so that the compensation ratio of each compensation quantity is adjusted periodically and the compensation capacity is used more reasonably. Finally, the superiority of the proposed comprehensive compensation control strategy is verified by simulation and experiments.
