雙向全橋DC-DC變換器基于電感電流應(yīng)力的雙重移相優(yōu)化控制
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of the principle of single phase shift and double phase shift control in bi-directional full-bridge DC-DC converter, the inductance current stress and transmission power of the converter under two control modes are deduced. Mathematical relationship between input and output voltage adjustment ratio and phase shift angle ratio. In order to effectively reduce the current stress of the converter, the optimal phase shifting angle is obtained by optimizing the inductor current stress according to the different transmission power and voltage adjustment ratio. Based on this, a dual phase shift optimal control strategy for bi-directional full-bridge DC-DC converter is proposed, which realizes the closed-loop control of output voltage and minimizes the current stress of the converter. With this optimal control strategy, the current stress of dual phase shift control is always less than that of single phase shift control, and the advantages of the optimal control strategy are more prominent when the converter operates under light load and the voltage regulation is large. The experimental prototype is built and the theoretical analysis is verified and compared with the traditional single phase shift control. Experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed optimal control strategy.
